Dr. Timothy Ward Harman, DO

I had a procedure done on my hand which Dr. Harman misdiagnosed the issue and I paid over $2,000 out of pocket for. The issue persisted after my hand healed, and he told me it takes up to a year for it to fully heal and to wait. So I waited, and when the issue persisted after a full year, I went back to see him and he said he knew what It was and would correct it. I didn't feel as If I should be on the hook for paying for another surgery due to those circumstances, so he agreed to just have me cover the anesthesia and have another procedure. I paid $400 for the anesthesia, continued to receive and pay multiple $200+ bills throughout the following months for reasons that they called insurance adjustments. I just paid it to put it behind me and move on. Fast forward 9 months after the procedure - and at least 4 months since my last bill; I received a bill for over $4,000 for that procedure.. and by the way the issue with my hand is still not fixed Stay far away

Dr. Harman is an excellent surgeon. He listens to the patient and is very compassionate. I highly recommend for any problems with the hands.

Dr. Timothy Harman, my surgeon, was very personable and an excellent surgeon. Dr. Harman was honest, direct and caring. All my appointments to the office and follow up were on time, as scheduled. The whole surgical process went like clockwork. I had no pain post "op", just some bruising. I feel thankful to have had Dr. Harman as my surgeon. Don S.

This man refused to enter the patient room to evaluate me because his PA at the south office had my MRI scan. I missed work and he didn’t even care about my inconvenience of missing my pay and wasting my time and refused to even come in the ROOM! I will be sending him an invoice for my time missed at work since he wastes my time.

Went to see Dr Harmon about a trigger finger on my right hand. He gave me a cortisone shot at first - but after awhile it flared up again and after surgery no issues. Everything was exactly as he said it was going to be during the surgery, during the healing process and afterward -?zero issues. Played 100 rounds of golf and was able to grip the club again. A great surgeon. Recently went back to him for my left hand and an issue I am having with another finger. Feel very confident with his abilities. Recommend him to anyone. A great Dr and surgeon.

I am revising a previous review on Dr. Harmon who dismissed me from his services after confronting him with lies that were told to me. Before dismissing me he told me I had arthritis in my hand that he had performed a contracture release on, I had lost range of motion and strength in my hand and fingers. After his release I spent 6 weeks getting referrals to an arthritis doctor. And after blood work and x-rays (that are required to diagnose arthritis and Dr. Harmon did not do)I was told to I did not, in fact, have arthritis, so I was sent to another specialist to find I had Carpal Tunnel in both hands. Dr. Harmon , it seems might have recognized this while in his care. After finding an "acceptable" hand surgeon, I am presently "12 months later" getting surgery done on my hands that could have been taken care of and healed already. So, I must apologize for calling you a Hack, Dr. Harmon, because it was not bad surgery that created my problem just another problem that arose and was not addressed due to your dismissing me to avoid addressing you and (or) one of your staff lying to me

Oct. 25th i had a contracture release on my left hand ring finger. Had to leave for Thailand on Nov. 5th. I left with rehab instructions and email contact. In Nov., healing did not seem right so, I emailed the medical assistant with grave concerns and offered to come back for attention. I was told she showed the Dr. pics and told him of my concerns and he said everything looked fine and to continue what I was doing, so I remained with my finger not healing properly. When I returned he told me he did not see the email expressing my concerns over the healing problems and showed no concern over his medical assistant lying to me about showing him emails and giving me false directions on proceeding with therapy on my own.Today my finger is worse than it was before, I have lost range of motion and strength in my other three fingers, have pain in my wrist and hand. I have virtually lost use of my hand.I was told it was arthritis and he could do nothing more for me. He refuses to see me again.He's a "hack" and would not send my worse enemy to him. Very arrogant and does not hear what you tell him nor care.

More interested in making money than he is actually helping his patients. Doesn't spend time with patients

Dr Harmon saw me as a referral when I had an accident in Mexico. He was very considerate of my trauma. 2 surgeries later I am very happy with him and his staff. Have already recommend him!

This Doctor has it all. He is kind, compassionate, does not run in and run out; takes his time with you. He also is an excellent surgeon. There is nothing negative to say about Dr. Harman. I am glad he is young so he will be around as I age. Superb....
