Expedient service

We came in with an ankle injury, and Dr Fowler was very thorough. He put my mind at ease with Abby questions and explained how it worked and why our teenage daughter was still having issues and would need to continue to wear her “boot” that was given two weeks prior. Definitely would recommend and happy he’s our Dr.

Does not listen to patients concerns and clinic doesn't care about patients care only cares about making money. Was treated like an inconvenience rather than a patient with care needs. Tried to expressed need for understanding of pain but was made out to be a pill seeker. Has been asked by every person who sees me struggling walking where I went for care and I told them my story and recommended to not seek care at watagua ortho because it's nothing but a hassle. They just want to hurry up and get you in and out of their hair rather than treating the patient right. Doesn't matter to them if you're a new patient or long standing patient they simply do not care. Too concerned with perception of being seen in tv or being known in the community rather than being known by their patients as caring physicians. Think twice before you go here if you want to get better and stay better. If you want a quick fix (band aid) for your problems this is your place
