I said second time but don't think it was a negative the first time that was 8 or 9 years ago and at 70 years of age I fully expect to have a few aches and pains! I did ask if there was warranty on the first repair as a joke but was told I missed it by about a year! Have dealt with at least one other doctor at this practice for a hand injury and that doctor too was very good and listens when you talk something that is lacking at times with doctors!

I went to Dr Battaglia for a second opinion. He took the time to explain all my options and in detail. I really appreciated the time he gave me.

I have nothing but praise for the services provided by Dr. Battaglia and his team.

He has done two knee surgerys for me and i wouldn't want anybody else. He is the nicest guy

I had 2 other ACL surgeries by other doctors that both failed. Dr. Battaglia was recommended by someone in the the Syracuse University sports department. He re-did my ACL reconstruction and also fixed meniscus damage. I have been able to return to soccer and skiing with no further issues. I honestly never thought my knee would be this good again.

Could not lift my arm due to large rotator cuff tear. I was told it was not repairable by another surgeon. Not only was Dr. Battaglia able to repair it, but shoulder is fully back to normal.

In and out quickly, the doctor explained everything very thoroughly. Recommended against surgery, which out to be the correct choice. Both my daughter and father-in-law have had surgery with Dr. Battaglia and couldn't be happier with his care

He is the total package--personable, kind, and skilled. I've seen him several times for my knee. Injections were quick and as painless as they can be. Surgery on my knee went well. Great follow up. Recovery just as he told me it would go. Would go to him again in a second if needed.

I saw Dr. Battaglia for a very complex sports injury to my knee that a few other doctors had said they couldn't fix. Dr. Battaglia was very honest about what he could offer, but felt he could significantly improve my pain and instability. After surgery, I am now not only improved, but essentially back to normal. My knee is better than I ever could have hoped.

I visited Dr. Battalia recently for a problem that I was experiencing for some time on my left knee. He was very patient with my questions and my inner fears. He spent TIME with me. I appreciate the service rendered to me at the SOS in Camillus. I will tell others of my positive experience.

I've never had a good experience at Orthopedic offices. It seems most orthos have no problem having you wait in the waiting room for 1 hour+. When I was referred to an orthopedic recently, I cringed anticipating a nightmare process/wait. I was pleasantly surprised BOTH time I've been to the office. The SOS Dewitt office where Dr B practices is the most efficient Dr's office I've ever been to. Highly recommend.

Dr. Battaglia is probably the best doctor I've ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable in his chosen field and is pleasant to deal with. His surgical skills are awesome and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've had plenty of surgeries and many different doctors over the years and in my opinion he is the best. Highly recommend him for your orthopedic needs.
