Dr. Gallagher was the 2nd Plastic Surgeon that I chose after a Double Mastectomy for reconstruction, (he swapped my saline implants & made my nipples), he should have been my 1st., otherwise I could have saved myself a lot of disappointment and pain. Although of course, there are always (also in this instance) regrets to surgery outcomes, Dr Gallagher was a constant professional and almost, I say almost (95%) gave me what was expected. If you need a Plastic Surgeon, do yourself a favor and go see this "Wonder-Worker".

Great doctor! Thank you to you and your staff:)

I wanted the two rows of bags under my eyes removed. Dr. Gallaher said he could do that and that for the second row he would remove the "fat" bags and they would not come back. After the surgery I still had the second row. He kept saying it was swelling and would go away. First he said up to 6 months, then it was 6 to 12 months and then it was 12 to 18 months. It's now been 18 months and I still have the second row of bags which make my eyes look even worse. He quit seeing me after one year. I told him I wasn't happy on my last visit with the bags still being there and his solution was to spend $2,000 on fraxel repair which basically lasers a layer of skin off your face. I said no thank you because 1) I had already paid to have the bags fixed and didn't get results and 2) I sure wasn't going to let him laser a layer of skin off my face when he hadn't fixed what I had already paid for. I also have a scar which looks like pinched skin where he didn't stitch correctly. I've put several scar things on it but it's still there and makes that eye look worse with the pinched skin and the bags. Overall I'm VERY unhappy with the results. He was highly recommended to me but I would not recommend him based on my experience. I'm very upset as it took me several years to save up the money to have the bags under my eyes fixed and now I'm out the money and still have one row of bags. Overall, I think they look worse. Usually the wait to see the doctor after my surgery was minimal but one time I had to wait 2 hours which was upsetting also. When I asked how much longer it would be she said just a few more minutes. I think she lost my folder and forgot about me.
