Horrible Dr! Please go somewhere else. It is a smokescreen when she makes you wait for HOURS for an appointment then comes in all smiles and nice! Very unprofessional to staff and patients!!!! Would give a zero star if I could!!!

Definitely not with your time. Fine A DIFFERENT DR. I found out I was pregnant with my first baby. She made me comfortable but not once did I get need before 5 hours of waiting. Rescheduled over anf over cause she wasn’t there or was at hospital. They don’t care for patience and RUDE.

I love her she is such a sweet sweet doctor BUT the wait is extremely to too long!! Its hours before you see her u sit in the Room for hours just waiting they don't even check to see if your ok..

Please read the reviews before going to the Doctor, She is one of the worst doctors , She act as if she care, but she does not. She almost cause me to lose my daughter, if it wasn't for another doctor coming to my rescue, my little girl wouldn't have made it. Never will I refer someone to this lady.

One of the worst doctors I ever met, I would not refer her to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

This doctor has a wonderful personality but she sometime doesn't think and due to that bad situations occur, She has really good bed side manners, I feel that if she would have been more alert with me during delivery that day my baby would be here, I just lost my newborn due to her not handling things correctly, I was full term by the way, I had no problems during my pregnancy, not one!!!..I never expected such a bad thing to happen during delivery, I want be using her again, And I pray no one ever has to experience what I and others have been through with this doctor, Because, I know somebody, that knows somebody that knows another person which bad situation have happen with this doctor!

Although it may take a while to get in to see her, it is definitely worth the wait. She is the most caring doctor I have ever been around. She has a way of putting you at ease in any situation. There is certainly something special about this woman.

Dr. Sheppard is by far the Ob in Monroe/ West Monroe area. She delivered both of my sons, I couldn't ask for a better physician. I recently had some BP problems at the end of my pregnancy and even after I delivered.she really showed that she cared on a personal level and for that im very greatful. She's an extremely caring Physician. She came to see me every day I was in the hospital. I really appreciated her for that, considering she is an extremely busy person, and also has a life outside from work. Thank you Dr. Sheppard you're the Best!!!

Dr. Sheppards staff is terrible to say the least. They don't record appointments and then they treat you like an inconvenience when you show up. I made an appointment a week prior to my given date. When I arrived I was told that I never made an appointment and that! They further said that Dr. Sheppard would see me (as if it were a favor) but that I would have to be seen last after 17 other ppl. The staff was not once apologetic. They treated me as a nuisance. They magnified my fears as a first time expectant mother by causing me to have to wait 2 WEEKS for an appointment. They were rude and disorganized. After u went home I researched her further and found several poor reviews on Dr. Sheppard. I wouldn't refer her to my worst enemy.

I love Dr.Sheppard! She has delivered my 2 children. I just found out I'm pregnant and I will defently be using her again. The whole experience with both of my children using Dr.Sheppard was wonderful. She made me very comfortable and confident during my deliveries! My personal opinion is Dr.Sheppard is the best!

Dr. Sheppard is the best Obstetrician in Monroe/West Monroe. She was very compassionate,caring, knowledgeable, and I could have not asked for a better doctor. She came to see me every day that I was in the hospital which was a total of 4 days. I would recommend her to anyone.

She was and will always be my ob/gyn! I had three kids(3 within 5 yrs) she delivered all of them. I had such a great experience with her. She was sooo helpful and sooo kind! And very awarding to me at delivery, she cheered me on the whole time. Love dr sheppard sooo much!

This lady is a awesome, caring physician and makes me feel very comfortable. She has been nothing but understanding and informative with me from the beginning. She has a wonderful bedside and courteous manner. Couldn't ask for anything better. As far as the wait time goes, it does get long sometimes but you have to stop and think if she is at the hospital delivering then theres not alot she can do about that. You are gonna want her there when you deliver so have some patience and understanding and you will get the care you want and/or need.

I became a patient in 2005 after having a baby and had extremely heaving bleeding since the baby. She immediately began a series of test and it was determined I needed a hysterectomy. I trusted her judgement and haven't had any problems since. First, was a partial but that was my choice. We had to go back and remove ovaries six months later. After that surgery, I didn't see her at hospital. Another physician came in. I think she is a little overwhelmed because of number of patients and requests to see her but she is a good doctor. I would highly recommend her.
