My only complaint about this office was the long wait to see the doctor. Two hours and were people that came in to see the same doctor after me and I was the last one to leave out. Dr. Jacob is very thorough she listens to what you have to say but if you have plans afterwards you might want to cancel on days you have an appointment because they are very inconsistent with the way they see their patients. She didn’t spend more than 10 minutes with me but I waited two hours to see her. That was very disappointing to me.

Dr Jakob and her staff are the best. She spends quality time and is sincerely interested in the patients’ health and well being. She thoroughly explains the results of her exam and diagnosis and is persistent in finding the solution to the health care needs of the patient. I hold all other physicians I visit up to the standards Dr Jakob and her office have set. I am so fortunate to have found her and will go nowhere else.

Your level of service and quality of care continue to impress. I have been a patient of this office for over a decade.

Dr Jakob provides excellent care to her patients and truly cares about their welfare. The entire office staff reflects the same attitude and professionalism. She spends the appropriate amount of time with her patients and does not give up until she has accurately diagnosed the symptoms and properly determined and recommended the appropriate level of care.

The office staff is friendly, professional, and, for the years that I have been a patient, my appointments have always run on schedule.

The staff in this clinic is very organized and systematic. I was able to secure an appointment right away. Paperwork was online and easy to fill. Dr. Jakob was very gentle with the procedure she did with me. Overall experience was pleasant and I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Jakob has treated my sister, my granddaughter and myself. She listens to your complaint and discusses all the options, thinking outside the box. She considers other things that may contribute to your complaint, not assuming you know everything about ENT. I appreciate a doctor who does not think they know more than me and are not quick to prescribe a medication to get you out of the office.

Dr jakob has great bed side manner. She listens well and makes medical decisions soundly. I'm very happy with her staff as well.
