Dr.Rutland was wonderful. He listened to all my concerns and he put a plan in motion to assist me in finding out what was wrong with my digestive system. He had an excellent bedside manner! I was very pleased with my visit.

Very easy to talk with and shows an interest in your body.

This doctor would not take time to talk with me. I educated him that my twin sister died of stage IV cancer. He ordered more tests, but didnt even tell me he was going to do that. All correspondance is through letters or his nurse. How disappointing, then when I attempted to change physicians within the practice they refused to let me do it.

I was taken to emergency and then admitted to the hospital with complications with my liver. I found Dr. Rutland very informative and helpful. Answered all questions I had. I felt very comfortable with him and considered him a great doctor! Doing all he told me to do I am feeling much better! Thank you Dr. Rutland!

He was very abrupt and uncaring. He would not answer my questions or listen to me after he performed the procedure I needed. He was not kind or personable in the least.

I love Dr. Rutland. He is the most knowledgeable, caring and compassionate physician I've ever been to. He took over an hour with me on my first visit. Not rushed or hurried at all. Had his nurse follow up with me the following day after my procedure. Could not be happier.

Rude from the beginning of the visit. No bedside manner whatsoever. He didn't seem that he could be bothered to listen to what was going on. Will not be returning and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Complete waste of time and money for him to tell me absolutely nothing at all or to even try and help.
