Dr. Trevor Dee Jorgensen, MD

Dr. Trevor Jorgensen is abrupt and interruptive. He does not listen, rather he interjects his opinion before his patient can finish their narrative. He is interested in return visits, so that he can continue to bill for multiple visits. He is not compassionate and lacks empathy and "bedside manner". I do not recommend him to anyone.

Dr Jorgensen listened to me and actually read my medical history. He was willing to work with me and helped me get to a manageable place where I could have a better quality of life instead of being over medicated. He truly cares for and about his patients.

I’ve been to a lot of judge mental egotistical I am perfect at what I do and you’re patient you don’t know anything doctors before but I got to say this guy takes the cake. When you walk into a doctors office and the first thing the doctor says to you is you seen a lot of different doctors and gone to a lot of different pharmacies for your medications that right there tells me he’s looking for a reason not to treat you and that you’re nothing but a drug addict In his eyes! He thinks that he is God he thinks that what he says and how he feels and what he thinks is perfection yet he could care less how much pain you’re in at the time and all Wants to do is make you feel small worthless and Insignificant because he’s God! He sits there and plays with his long beard the whole time he checks your reflexes tells you how week you are and then goes off on a tangent about Dr. shopping! Doesn’t really ask why you’ve seen that many doctors or how come you go to so many different pharmacies which I don’t know probably been to the pharmacies of where I lived in since I’ve moved six times in the last three years because of work and taking care of my family I’m considered to be Dr. shopping not just trying to find a doctor to help treat my pain! But that wasn’t even the worst part of it all the worst part was when after he said let’s try Lyrica out on you and I agreed to that because I’m willing to try anything right now to help me get out of the pain that I man after having a spinal fusion done a little bit over a year ago he then tells me that I’m upset because he won’t prescribe me any opiates which I never even asked for I was upset because he said I was Dr. shopping not that I couldn’t get any freaking opiates from him that’s all he saw was the fact that Having surgeries on both my shoulders both my knees and my back means that I’m seeing too many doctors and I’m going to too many different pharmacies is a judge mental jerk has no business being a doctor and I hope he goes out of business because he has no idea how to treat a patient

My Dr. Referred me here before he realized I had found a fantastic pain Dr. I'm so glad I didn't go see this Dr. He sounds like a real tool. Sorry to everyone else that got his wrath. I despise Dr.s like him. Don't put up with it!!

After your initial appointment, you will never Dr Jorgensen again unless you get a nerve block. He is very arrogant and rude. During nerve block procedures, he talks down to his employees right in front of you. If you have to go to the office once month due to pain meds, his PA will only see you. Have the time she appears to be in her own world. The male nurse is the only person on staff that appears to care. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Dr Trevor Jorgenson lacks patience and empathy. He hurries you out of the office or tries to upscale you on procedures. If you a get a nerve block from him , expect on the day of the procedure to talked to you very little. He isn’t interested in any new developments or questions you might have. If I could give zeros stars I would.

I was referred to the Pain Management NW in Salem by another Dr. who only does surgeries. I was hoping that maybe a shot or two of these newer steroids would give me some relief for a few months. I had all my paper work filled out and was at the office 15 minutes early. The minute I sat down and watched the unprofessional staff I knew this visit was a mistake.. I waited another 30 minutes after having my vitals taken by a woman (young) with long hair that fell in her face and she was wearing red jeans dragging on the floor and they were split up the side about 6 inches. What a bad impression. Anyway after 30 minutes I opened the door and asked what time it was....WRONG! That's how I met Dr. Jorgensen who works with Dr. Craig Anderson. I got into a yelling match with Dr. Jorgensen and walked out. Best decision I ever made. Had I read these reviews before hand, I would never made an appointment. I'll live with my pain rather than take a chance with these doctors.

I have been living with pain for over 25 years and the first thing he lets you know is how much he knows. The patience is stupid and he thinks he is brilliant. He's there to boost his ego.

I agree with the other negative reviews. He was rude, condescending, unsympathetic and acts like he knows what your problem is (in your head) before he walks through the door. He waled ouut on me and still charge over $300 for nothing.

He has a ego that must be satisfied.Treatment is lacking the emphasis that there is a soul behind the pain.Frankly, I have had 28 major surgeries and this guy treated me like I was stupid about my pain. He has no idea of the dynamics of pain. He thinks pain has one definition and last only during his working hours.The way he attaches his care to the patient and the personal dynamics of pain is asking about "your hobbies." Deep. It is all about how smart he his.

"It sounds like you're teaching me." "I feel like you're, trying to manipulate me." Surely he isn't sore because I expected to have input in my treatment, right? I wish I knew. But time I tried to clarify the point, his response was an ultimatum. Do what he said or find another doctor. I don't think that the aggressiveness our suspicion of my motives were necessary. It felt very personal. Like he had me pegged as a problem-patient and decided that everything I said was suspect. Thought I can't think of a reason why that isn't unflattering to both of us. It was a really extreme and confusing reaction today, after two uncomfortable visits. I had supposed that the gruffness containers was due to the fact that he deals with people in pain and addicted to pain killers. Purple who can be mean. It's gotta be hard. I hoped that after my behavior established that I was a, "friendly", he'd stop acting suspicious of me. It was like he thought he had to trick me, or force me to reduce my pain killers, so was unable to notice that I was eager and willing to comply if he'd he'd help me sort out some concerns. I'm not sure that I can stomach a fourth visit. Maybe over the next 28 days, I'll see something that I missed today.

He thinks all pain patients need to be opiod free regardless of condition. His "treatment plan" is a pain psychologist (since pain is just in your head), physical therapy (despite not having an injury requiring such treatment and that previous PT has failed), and weaning off of opiods within 4 months and if you have pain despite the lack of medications, it's too bad, so sad. They include a psychological test as part of their registration paperwork with a strong emphasis about childhood sexual abuse (there were 4 questions concerning it vs. only one section about family history). Dr. Jorgenson talks out of both sides of his mouth. Medicine is an art and no one knows what theories are correct yet he knows absolutely that all opiod patients need to be weaned off because it's better for their health than staying in bed screaming in pain all day. This doctor is following the OMB to the tee and solely cares about his practice and nothing for his pain patients and their needs for a reasonable quality of life.

The doctor took his time to address all of my issues. I am glad my family medicine doctor sent me there.
