Dr. Carter was very knowledgeable and the appointment was very quick.

I really appreciated Dr. Carter’s thorough examination and explanation of my cat scan. I trust his decision to now have an MRI to discover more about my condition. Office staff was very polite and professional. Was not happy with the long wait.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Doc was very professional fast and very understanding about dos and don’ts and listens very well.

Always appreciate the time and concern from Dr Carter. He is to the point and tells it like it is. Trust this man 100% with his expertise and knowledge.

Quick and very helpful

I had surgery in Texas and was looking for follow up care when I came home. He took and reviewed X-rays. Said everything was in place. Talked about PT and pain management. He will continue to follow up.

Great doctor listens and tells what u need to know

As warned after the surgery on my knee I experienced Arthritis. He evaluated my condition, determined that the screws in my bone and knee were in place and no problem. He presented the facts and prescribed Cortisone shots which seem to be helping. I appreciate his professional manner and sicking to the facts. I now know what to expect for the rest of my life.

Dr Carter was very thorough and professional. His demeanor showed how he cared about the problems that I had and he made me feel that he was going to take care of my back. I am so thankful for him

He might be an amazing doctor but his "bedside manner" is lacking. He comes across as cold and uncaring. I'm afraid to put my back in his control.

After my husband's operation I was called by Dr. Carter telling me everything went fine. My husband got home and was in a tremendous amount of pain and experiencing intolerable headaches. When I called the office, I put the doctor on call on speaker. The doctor said you do realize the outer layer of your spinal cord was nicked, during the back operation, which will cause the headaches from leaking of spinal fluid. I was never told the spinal cord was nicked and my husband was told when he was still hazy, right after the operation, from anesthesia. My husband had told the doctors and hospital, they were to tell me everything because he knew he would not remember. I asked the doctor on call if they knew there was a mistake during the operation, (nicking of the spinal cord). Why Dr. Carter didn't follow up. The doctor said I used to follow up, but I don't anymore. Have people changed? Besides going through the back pain from the operation, my husband had to experience pain and suffering from a mistake during the operation. The operation was several months ago and the bills still aren't paid because of so many mistakes the Billing Staff has made. Our medical contract ran out at the end of the year and a new one started at the beginning of the year. The Billing Staff was well aware of this, but decided to bill the new insurance contract. Of course they weren't going to get paid!! They kept sending us bills. I spent hours on the phone with Dr. Carter's office trying to get them to redirect the bills with the correct insurance contract number. After three times and having to have the insurance company get involved over and over, the bill finally got paid. Now, there is a large outstanding bill from the hospital, just waiting for Dr. Carter's office to respond to a request from the insurance company for an explanation and code and still no response. It has been almost 6 months. My recommendation is to do your research when looking for a doctor. Needless to say, we have fired Dr. Carter. If you are paying good money, you want good service and a caring doctor.

Carter mess my back up he ain't good for nothing after back surgery now I can bearly walk I give him a zero

I had been going to Carter for almost 2 years work injury to neck and he keep telling me it's a strained muscle. He doesn't touch or look at my neck and never reschedule appointments.
