I wish he would’ve done a CT of my leg but he didn’t. Everything else was OK. Started PT three days later.

Professional and informative

I was referred by a friend to Dr.Richardson and I’m thankful that I went! Dr. Richardson was very pleasant and professional in explaining my diagnosis from the X-Rays of my shoulder condition. My X-Ray from 5 days prior at the emergency room somehow missed the shoulder separation? I am so thankful Dr Richardson requested X-Rays to be done at their facility and also MRI’s I was very pleased and would highly recommend Dr.Richardson and the staff was very pleasant and helpful!

I had my first visit yesterday 4/11/23. I received fast and efficient check in., basically no wait at all. Dr Richardson was my physician, he is a gem. Explaining exactly what is going on with my shoulder and providing a game plan . It was comforting knowing my PCP said DR Richardson would be the only DR she would use for her shoulder. That set my mind at ease, but Dr Richardson has taken my worries away. Sincere Gratitude

Dr. Richardson has already performed one surgery on me in the past. With the past process and treatment, there’s was no doubt where I needed more ortho treatment where to go!

After visiting Dr. Tinnell Thursday afternoon, my shoulder is feeling much better after 3 days. Still some pain. Wonderful meeting the Dr. who was filling in. Very kind and explained his answers to my questions. My only concern is the amount of time I spend waiting for the Dr. Thursday was only 1 hour which was a great improvement over past visits. I am always told Dr is running behind, which is the norm. Do not really behind but just scheduled that way. I am sure most of the Dr’s there would not want to always expect to wait 1-2 hours on every task they do. Could this be corrected, example if not planning on seeing a patient till 3:30, does he really need to be there every time at 2;00 Thank u

He was recommended to do my surgery on the right shoulder. He explained to me what was going to happen in detail. Now since I've been post op 5 weeks now I have little pain in the shoulder. I would recommend him to anyone that needs to have shoulder surgery.

Dr. Richardson is one of my favorite physicians on my top 3 list! I was referred to him after a car accident because I needed surgery and he was quick to assess the issue and my needs so that I could recover and improve the fastest and best that I could. He was great at my pain management unlike some doctors who could give a fu.. on that issue about you. He’s very polite and listens instead of rushing you if you know what I mean. Would highly recommend. Thanks dr ??

Visit was great

First visit today, very thorough, wait time in office was extended, but not awful. Bring a book. I will be back for knee replacement soon.

He was very good, addressed the issue which was a Baker's cyst. He drained the cyst, however the pain up my leg is still there.
