Dr. Welch walked me through my shoulder Injury and guided me through my options! I just had shoulder surgery 7 days ago and the pain only lasted about 4 days and much less than I expected!! I believe he did a fantastic job and is a very skilled Surgeon! Atlantic Orthopedic staff was helpful in preparing me for surgery post ! I was in on time and done before I knew it! I would highly recommend them and if I ever need anything like that again they will be my only choice!!! Thank you Dr. Welch and team!
