I have to commend the entire staff for your efficiency, your medical expertise, but most of all for your kindness and personal care. Since the staff works with so many patients daily their care could become routine and impersonal. Instead, each person after the intake was cheerful, personable and reassuring. I want to commend them again for making the visit to GastroEast- while not a pleasure, a welcoming and caring environment. Keep up the good work!

I had an absolutely stellar experience today with Dr. Iroku ant the entire staff of Gastroenterology East. I had significant anxiety going into my procedure. The nurse anesthetist was very patient with my questions/concerns regarding anesthesia and very reassuring. Dr. Iroku has an incredible bedside manner (in addition to his distinguished credentials.) I was completely unaware of the entire procedure. I can't recommend Dr. Iroku and his staff highly enough.

What a wonderful office! The clerical staff, nursing staff are so nice. They are very pleasant. Dr. Iroku has the best bed side manner. He listens to you and very thorough.

I was incredibly impressed with high level of professionalism. This clinic surely, sets the example for how to be a patient/customer oriented clinic. I will recommend this center to anyone in my career field on the military installation, Dr. Iroku and his staff met my needs incredibly well and set the example for how treatment should be recommended and administered. The check-in staff was especially helpful and assisted with re-scheduling appts very well. Thank you and please continue to give flowers as you did with my wife. She greatly appreciated that. The colonoscopy was seemless and went very well too.
