This was the worst doctor I have ever been to. All he wanted to do was what he is familiar with and ignored any of the other symptoms I had. Better to go to a chiropractor who resolved my problem.

I was escorting my mother and we'd received a referral from her primary doctor. I flew in from Virginia just for this appointment. The appointment was made well in advance and I asked what is needed ahead of time. The referring doctor did not send all of her insurance information, so we provided two forms of valid insurance IDs along with loads of other paperwork. We were refused the appointment. After getting upset and letting the staff know that I flew in from Virginia for this appointment, I asked Kimberly the office manager to call the referring doctor so that we all could talk together and get everything straightened out. Kimberly told me "no". I said Kimberly, I am a potential long-term client who came in from out of town to help my mother, is it not your goal to make me happy just by making this one phone call? Kimberly flat out said "no, it's not our obligation to call". I've never seen such inconsiderate and unkind service. I don't recommend this business if their policy is not to help out elderly patients and their children who are trying to help. It's clear that all they care about is how they will get paid.

Saw 4 other neurologists before with no answers. Dr. Shah gave me an accurate diagnosis.

Very thorough and methodical. Really explained what was going on with me. Would highly recommend going to see him.
