I have been going to see Dr.Vyas For sometime now He is very knowledgeable and has helped me out greatly Dr.Vyas And his staff are very caring and helpful would highly recommend

Friendly staff, good office structure. Doctor is knowledgeable, listens, helps and understands his patients and families. I highly recommend. Helpful and good for long term and follow ups.

Dr. Vyas is a kind compassionate man who takes his time and listens to his patience. Staff is kind and caring as well.

I was having trouble sleeping and thanks to Dr. Vyas I am now able to sleep sound through the night. He is an excellent Dr., and a very caring and positive person.

Always late yet he listens

Dr. Vyas dismissed my daughter from his practice because she was not acting appropriately in his office. My daughter is autistic and has a very difficult time sitting still. We waited for over an hour to see the doctor. In the waiting room she did a fantastic job of behaving. When we were called back to his office the doctor was irritated from the beginning. We tried to explain the difficulties she has been having and that she is struggling with the medication. Dr. Vyas said that if she refuses to take the medication that is prescribed then there is nothing he can do. He told us to force her to take it and that she should be punished if she didn't listen to us. We asked for an alternative medicine, possibly a liquid, to help and he refused. He said if she could not control her behavior then his recommendation was to put her in a residential facility to make her better. There is obviously no cure for autism but there are ways to help treat kids with it. Threatening parents is not one of those ways. I was disgusted with the manner in which he spoke to us and especially in front of my daughter. Dr. Vyas is supposed to conduct himself in a professional manner with patients and listen to them but instead he looks down upon us and is demeaning. His actions are unexcusable and a child with a disability should never be subjected to this kind of treatment. I would hope that someone will read this complaint and take action. I will not be quiet about this and will continue to fight for my daughter because this is unexcusable behavior my a healthcare professional.

I am so sad. I went to Dr. V for help for my 6-year-old son with severe ADHD AND BEHAVIOR ISSUES. He discharged me over the phone because I was trying to explain that the stimulants were giving him hallucinations. Then he called me a bad mother several times. NOt an office for the sensitive folks like me. :(

It took me only the first visit to know I’d found a good doctor. He listened carefully, and instead of making me answer questions that were thrown at me like from a robot, it was easy conversation the entire visit. He only suggested one change to my meds, which he did not do right away. He wanted to wait and see how I was doing on my next visit. I found him to be caring and “non-rushing.” It was really a pleasant surprise. I am very happy to have found him.

I have never been made fun of by a medical professional. He made fun of my eyes and said they were bulging out of my face and said my last name is the same as a disease. I feel he was very judgemental and got the wrong perception of who I am as a person and then proceeded to tell me to get my life together. We both agreed we weren't a match when I told him the impression I was getting from my experience. As I was walking out he yelled "personality issues"!

The doctor is an excellant psychiatrist!!! Our experience in the office has always been pleasant (over 4 years). The office staff are nice and very accommodating to us, we have had some challenging situations in the past. They have worked with our schedule to get my son in, when we have needed it. Dr. Vyas has helped my son immensely with his behaviors, moods and school situations. We appreciate the doctor's directness with us, it has helped us understand the importance of medications, his recommendations and following them as directed.

This doctor is dangerous! He put me on meds that caused me to have a psychotic brake down! I had to go to the hospital because of him! He then put me on a higher dose and 4 other meds. He also asked me to bring in my extra meds! He said " bring in the rest of the other meds I can give them to my patients that have no insurance". he also made and answered personal calls on his cell phone! He should not have a licenses to practice medicine! I will be making a formal complaint with the state of Florida!

The doctor is great. I have been with him for over 8 years. He has helped me with my behaviors. After seeing him, I was able to excel in work and improve my home life. He helped me understand why I need the medication I am on and he took me off the medications that were not helping me. I love the staff, they are always very nice to me.

The psychiatrist is great: he listens to us. Our family has been though a lot these past few months and he was understanding. We received our initial appointment with in 2 weeks and have ad 6 visits since then. The staff is GREAT! We would recommend them to anyone.
