Dr. Miller is highly knowledgeable of my mental health issues. I always trust her decisions. I would absolutely recommend her as a psychiatrist.

Great doctor!! Very impressive multi-directional approach to the problem. I was misdiagnosed by another doctor for a few years because nobody wants to take time and do their job. She is caring and easy to communicate with. Definitely would recommend.

It wasn't until I began seeing a new psychiatrist that I realized how unconcerned Dr. Miller truly was during the years I spent under her care. If you're looking a for a doctor who will write you prescriptions and send you on your way, without actually addressing and helping you work through the underlying issues, then you will probably find her to be adequate. The sad part is that she's a very knowledgeable doctor (double board-certified) but just doesn't care that much about whether you improve or not - as long as you've paid your balance and signed her extensive legal waivers... I can honestly say I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. My new psychiatrist and I have made amazing progress and I haven't even been seeing them as long as I saw Dr. Miller.

She has helped me immensely and not just by prescribing medications but with her concern, thoroughness and professional expertise. Hello. I actually visited Dr. Venera Miller this morning, for my monthly appointment. I have been a patient of hers for 2+ years now, and would like to share how wonderful a physician she is! She always gives sincere eye contact, and genuinely cares about everything I share with her. My medical treatment with Dr. Miller has been satisfyingly helpful, and is greatly helping me to feel better again. Thank you PS.. She's also very pretty, sweet and intelligent!

I have been a patient of Dr. Miller's for a number of years. She is very caring, and ACTUALLY listens when I talk, and does not over medicate. I drive 100 miles round trip just to see her. I have tried a couple more local doctors, but they just didn't compare to Dr. Miller. Dr. Miller has a way of making you feel welcome, cared about and relaxed. Granted, she does not accept health insurance, and I have to pay "out of pocket," I don't mind because it is money well spent (if you have health insurance, Ms. Grace always gives you a claim form to submit to your insurance, for reimbursement. In addition, her office staff are very friendly, and make my visits with Dr. Miller even better. I can't say enough about how GREAT Dr. Miller and her staff are!!

Current patient of Dr. Miller for three or more years. Referred to her, by my previous physiatrist who retired. So far, so good. She is responsive to my calls and helps me navigate my mental health. Her is staff is friendly and her office is neat and clean. I would recommend her to others.

I had seen a doctor in Waldorf for 10 years, he passed away. I was almost out of the medicine he prescribed and with my illness, I have to have something and was faced with going to the hospital. I found Dr. Miller on health grades and I called her office in Huntington, Md. The receptionist was excellent and said I could make an appointment in a few days. Dr Miller is so kind and very smart. She diagnosed me with things I have never heard of before but definitely made sense to me.
