Dr. Vicki Conklin Van, MD

Dr Vicki Van has been my doctor for quite a long time. I can go into the office feeling yucky, but when I come out I always feel so much better. She is very attentive and always seems to care about me and any of my concerns about my health and well-being. She listens and she is a very sweet and upbeat person.

I have been with Dr Van for a long time she is a great Dr she listen to me as a friend and Dr. The staff is great and friendly.

Dr. Van takes her time and listens to me and my concerns. She is very knowledgeable and willing to educate me.

Dr. Van is immensely patient and takes the time to explain everything she does; from checking my heart, kidneys, liver and even checking my ankles for swelling. I have a positive experience every time I have an appointment with her. She comes in the examining room with a smile that always puts me at ease. She is a great communicator who is very thorough, empathetic.

Dr. Van is the doctor that changed my life. I knew I had particular problems related to the aging male. And was so thankful to be heard and understood. She allowed me to start treatments that allowed me to live my life again without debilitating limitations. It was such a relief because my testosterone problems were brushed off my other doctors. They would insist I was fine, just depressed and want to put me on some antidepressants. Dr Van listened to everything I had to say and got me on the road to recovery. If you are aging not so well, it does not have to be that way here.

She is a great doctor who listens to your needs and does not judge you.I would recommend her to anyone.She is lgbtq friendly.

I have been going to see Dr. Vicki Van for a little over 30 years. She has always been very professional, pleasant, helpful and she always has a great attitude. I can go in there feeling horrible and I walk out in the best mood. She has always provided me great care and service. Her staff is always very friendly and helpful too.

Very prompt and thorough. Dr. Van has the best bedside manners! She explains everything she does; from checking your heart, liver, kidney and lungs. She listens and ask questions. My prescription was at the pharmacy within hours!

My experience with Dr Vicki Van, was a very pleasant one. The wait time was short.Dr Vicki Van answered all of my questions and concerns.She was so genuine.Glad I had her as my doctor.

This was my first visit. Dr Van and the office staff were extremely nice but they are way overpriced. I was charged $384 for a Wellness check that didn't include blood work as I already had it done. I provided her with the paperwork of my blood work results. The nurse took my blood pressure, weighed me and asked about my medical history. Dr. Van listened to my heart and lungs and that was about it. I was also charged $187 to have three prescriptions called in. Cholesterol and Thyroid which were both refills from my previous doctor. She also prescribed medication for a fever blister that I felt coming on. Hard to swallow $187 just to call in prescription. I called to question the charges and was advised that this is their pricing that the extra $187 was because calling in prescriptions is above the "preventative medicine evaluation" visit. Thank goodness for insurance! I'm disappointed because I really liked Dr. Van but due to what I feel is overcharging, I will not be returning.

Dr. Vicki and her staff are the best. They are kind, professional, and make you feel like family. Love them??

I like dr van and have been s patient for years It's not the doctors fault they are understaffed causing a delay in getting appointments. The practice went through a change in ownership and its not too smooth a transition

I called to get my prescription refilled and was told I needed to come in for a blood test. I had to wait 1 hour and paid 90.00 I received a bill for almost $700.00 for blood test! I wrote several letters and called the billing office numerous times but got their message mailbox no one ever called me back. I wrote several letters to Dr Van but still no response. I willl never go back.
