Dr. Victor Cruz, MD

FAILED TO PROPERLY PRECSRIBE MT CT SCAN, NOW I'M STUCK WITH THE HOSITAL BILL, BECAUSE OF HIS LACK OF REASONING, I THINK HE SHOULD BE REPROMENDED!, IF YOU THINK YOU NEED TO VISIT HIM?, I WOULD NOT COUNT ON HIS CARELESS LEVEL INTEGRITY.

Had appointment at 9 am with Dr., Victor Cruz in Deming, NM, dba “Valued Medical Care, llc.” (anything but), staff was indifferent, stripped me of my privacy by not only taking a photo of my driver’s license, but took a photo of me with their laptop camera. At 10:30, Dr., Victor Cruz shows up, treats me with the utmost condescendence and spends, literally ONE minute with me, treating me like trash. No blood draw, no physical examination. Also, the intake person, a medical STUDENT, grilled me before Cruz finally showed up. During this interrogating, I explained to her that I was experiencing pain from a broken rib. Apparently they gave me no benefit of doubt, but treated me as a drug-seeker. Very insulting. Cruz offered me Diclofenac, an NSAID. I told him I had some at home and it failed to take the pain away. During his very rude and hateful time of literally ONE MINUTE with Cruz, it is very obvious he had no time for my issues, and is a very dismissive jerk. I am a large woman and I am very certain he thinks I am a transgender person. This appointment occurred just 3 days after Donald Trump viciously declared MDs are given permission to refuse service to transgender persons. As I mentioned, they stripped me of my privacy by photographing my driver’s license which clearly indicates “sex: F” Avoid this hack, “Dr.” Victor Cruz, practicing in Deming, NM at all costs.

This is the most caring and efficient Dr I have ever been to. He takes his tie with his patients and is very explanatory in all procedures.

I have nothing but good things to say about this doctor. He is an awesome surgeon who also knows a thing or two about how to treat his patients. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing surgery in Deming or surrounding areas. A+++

I have had two different, unrelated surgeries with Gr. Cruz and I have been pleased and satisfied with both. I like his competency and his professionalism - Deming is so very fortunate to have Dr. Cruz here!

He was fantastic! My husband went to him after seeing several others doctors and having a surgery previously that didn't help. Dr. Cruz fixed my husbands issues right away. I'm now planning on going to see him after developing issues following the delivery of my daughter.

Dr. Cruz is not only a very skilled surgeon, but many doctors could learn how to treat their patients and the patients' families from this man. He spends extra time explaining procedures, takes time to follow up, etc. In addition, he is just a great guy!

He is very caring and extermely skilled, we owe our gratitude to him!
