I had suffered an accident and had resultant bone spurs causing crippling pain in both my ankles. After one surgery the pain came back and it felt like I would need crutches forever. When I came to Dr. Vad he gave me a completely different course of treatment, and through his injections and diet advice I can finally walk without crutches again. A good friend of mine recommended I see Dr. Vad for my lower back, unfortunately it has slowed me down and I am not as aggressive at the gym. I have 2 herniated discs and arthritis. He recommended several yoga exercises to strengthen my back and core. I have been doing them for over a month as well as taking some supplements he recommended. What a world of difference!

I don't know what I would do without Dr. Vad. I work in Stowe Vermont as a ski instructor in the winter and trail guide in the summers. First off, I must thank an old friend for bringing a newspaper article to work written about Dr Vad . I was suffering with a frozen shoulder for months and boy was it debilitating. At my wits end, I made an appointment. The best decision I ever made. Dr Vad performed a non invasive procedure along with recommending physical therapy and stretching. The physical therapist said I would only regain 85 Percent range of motion. I regained 100 percent thanks to Dr Vad's procedure. Dr Vad also diagnosed a pinched nerve in my neck which was the culprit. What a talented and well read doctor!
