Dr Iacona is among the best at what he does.

Recently saw Dr. Vincent Iacono and my pain issues had increased over the 3 wks waiting for my apptmnt. Dr. Iacono spent considerable time with me after x-rays taken - has treated my back several times, yrs. ago and I truthfully thought my knees had become the greater problem. It was his expertise, professional integrity and pure human compassion that helped me walk out with a diagnosis I never saw coming, but felt I might be able to manage ---knowing I would have access to follow up as needed with a GREAT orthopedic surgeon!

Dr. Iacono is an excellent orthopedic doctor and surgeon. His many years of experience with serious orthopedic conditions and injuries is why I trust him.

Professional to the maximum in every area of excellent care.

Only saw his PA for the first few visits and she was bright, explained what was going on and fought for treatment that helped be significantly. The first appointment with Dr. Iacono was out of the 1950's - condescending, rude, obviously hadn't read my file. Only gave 2 stars because his PA was great.

went in with acute spinal fracture & he never touched me. Told me to come back if I didn't feel better. Saw asst. on next visit & she told me to "suck it up" & that I had 15 mins, so stop complaining" Next visit MRI revealed acute spinal fracture, cut spinal cord etc... he says nothing! GO BACK TO WELDING, you're useless as a DR.?

This man was condescending and rude. He must have missed the course on bedside manner. The only thing I came away with after this visit was a migraine. Do No Harm - Really?

Dr Iacono was very patronizing (probably because I am 76 years old and he didn't think I could absorb his superior verbage?). He really didn't explain my MRI results as I don't think he had looked at the complete report. He kept saying " think of your body like a car that has a lot of miles on it.." I would have preferred actual details. It was a waste of time except that I received my MRI report.

Very nice Doctor. Good sense of humor.

Dr, Iacono was very caring and thorough with my 13 yr old daughter. It was worth waiting the 45 min to see him because he was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain her X-ray and lower back issues and in turn gave us great advice.. I would highly recommend this doctor.

I have seen Dr. Iacono for my foot, back problems, and ankle problems. He and really cares about his patients and spends time with them. I want to clarify something on some of these doctor review websites. There are two Dr. Vincent Iaconos--one in North Easton, MA and one in Warwick, RI. I think that at times there has been some confusion about this and some reviews end up being posted under the wrong doctor. Please make sure that you are reviewing the correct doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr.Iacono, the Orthopedic Surgeon, for a number of arthritis related issues - neck,knees, and wrists. I have received what I would consider to be excellent care. Dr.Iacono takes time to listen to my issues, and responds and explains what is going on. When visiting Dr. Iacono, he gives me the feeling that I am the only person he has to talk to today - not rushed, although the waiting room may have a number of people. When/if I have had to wait, I know that it is because he is showing the same care and concern to another patient as to myself

He may have been rushed because he was going on vacation but he totally blew me off. His exact words were you just have to deal with the pain it's not going anywhere. He never read the notes from his PA who are all I saw for the first 4 visits and when I requested the records so I could go to a new doctor I read them and they were all wrong. It was a nightmare. This was through workers comp so I looked like a lier because what I was saying wasnt matching up. Anyway the better dr told me I have and actual injury. If dr iacono paid any attention to what i was trying to say he might have caught it. 6 months of my life i'll never get back. Now of course there might be permanant damage.
