Dr. Luu has been treating me since may of 2020. He is always very informative and genuinely cares about me. He spends as much time talking as you want and is constantly reviewing my status. He also is constantly reviewing my meds and adjusting as needed. If you need a cardiologist he is the man to see

Doctor is thorough and caring

Met Dr Luu for the first time. My Physical therapist insisted I see a cardiologist because I was getting out of breathe and BP was very high during exercise. I have worked with this PT person for a year and this NEVER happened before. I explained this to the doctor. His answer after 5 mins with me was "I think your stressed, think nice things when doing exercise". Told me I was over weight which I already know and have been that way for years!! He listened to my heart for 1 min. Then said I will order stress test and echo for you but think you are just stressed. He knew me for 5 mins. and dismissed me as stressed. I'm a retired nurse and I know when some isn't right. I'm suddenly out of breath after being in PT for months and he is telling me I'm stressed. He took me off my blood thinner and gave me another BP med to take with the one I have. There has been no change at all in BP number still high. My test aren't scheduled for a month! I was dismissed as stressed by someone who knew me for 5 mins.

The staff was wonderful very kind and happy people. He was a very nice doctor talked a little fast for me but I think he knew what he was talking about.

Dr. Lu was very patient with me and explained absolutely everything that was going on with my heart through the tests he ordered. He even went so far as to draw diagrams to help explain everything further. Dr. Luu goes above and beyond what you would expect from a very busy cardiologist! HIGHLY recommended!
