The staff very polite, smiles good atmosphere. Like it very much...having surgery soon.

Dr Patel is an outstanding doctor he is wonderful and a caring physican. His staff is great as well

The dr did not order an MRI when he should have. He did not understand the issue with my hand, but did not pursue it, sending me instead for therapy. The therapists tell me that his prescription made no sense.This set me back weeks in having my problem properly diagnosed and treated (by another dr!) The office staff is rude and inefficient. I needed a prior approval required by my insurance for medicine that the dr prescribed, only to be told "we don't do that". I haven't been able to get an xray report from this office, even after following their inscructions to e mail for it.

Dr. Patel is very competent doctor he knows what he's doing but dealing with the office manager and other staff can get crazy. Nobody knows what their doing. Making excuses every time they forgot something.

This was my second appointment with dr Patel to have a biopsy done. I was scare but I felt good. First my trust in my Heavenly Father and from my first visit , I felt comfortable and dr is easy to talk too. Second Most important: HE LISTEN TO YOU AND YOUR CONCERNS AND FEAR. My procedure when we'll and will see him for the results in two weeks.

Dr. Patel is a great surgeon, he saved my hand after I slipped on a piece of ice and slit my wrist. Thumbs up to a great hand surgeon.
