Doctor Patel is very caring and compassionate doctor. He is always available to connect when I need him, and spends the time to listen to my concerns. I appreciate how patient he is when explaining anything to me and doesn’t hesitate to ensure I am understanding what he has said.

Follow up is very poor and also doesn't call you with the results as soon as the y are in. No response for the messages sent. Website doesn't have any details about the tests and results.

Dr. Patel and his staff are caring, compassionate and very involved in taking care of their patients. The medical assistants, the front desk, the PA's and the doctors are wonderful! I highly recommend First Med. Not only do you get great medical care, you also are educated on the "whys" and "wherefores" of their treatment and diagnosis and medications. I really appreciate the time they take with me. I don't mind waiting because I know I will get the same consideration when I am in consultation with them.

Dr. Patel is great. I always request him. I tried the PA's twice, first one was OK but the second was a disaster. She came in wearing hoop earrings and open toed hoochy shoes. Extremely unprofessional, I was surprised Dr Patel didnt throw her out. She was not very assertive either....disappointed. Will still go back but only under Dr Patels care from now on.

Even if you make an appointment your treated like cattle and get lumped in with the walk ins and wait hours and hours on end to be seen for 5 seconds. Finding new doctor today...

Dr. Patel is an excellent doctor. He is compassionate and concerned. He puts my mind at ease when I am concerned about my health. He is thorough and very easy to get an appointment with as well. His bedside manner is excellent and he is very professional. I trust Dr. Patel with my health and know that he has my best interest at heart!!
