I have to admit that I had my reservations about the procedures Dr. Sussman recommended. But I am now almost completely pain-free, thanks to Dr. Sussman. His followups are helpful and he definitely listened to me, answering all my questions, and responding to my concerns.

My experience with Dr Sussman has exceeded my expectations. I went to him over a year ago due to extreme pain in my right shoulder. His diagnosis was spot on so thus began a treatment plan to get me out of pain. I had calcified areas in my shoulder. He recommend a tenex procedure which was less invasive and had been proven to be effective for what I had. This turned out to be successful for me as well. One thing that especially stands out to me about Dr. Sussman is his knowledge of all the different studies that have been done regarding the work he does. If I’m explaining something to him or asking him about how an exercise is working for me, he won’t just go along with it but will recall a study that was done to align or oppose what I’m explaining. In other words he uses the science to back up everything. I would and have recommended him to anyone who is in need of an orthopedic sports medicine Doc. Also I live a good 50 miles away but every drive was worth it.

Dr. Sussman was consistently dedicated to getting me back to full health, when others were less optimistic. His knowledge, persistence, and skillful application of TENEX and PRP restored the most important aspects of my shoulder function. He understands the SIRVA injury and how to treat it. Superb doctor, takes time with patient makes sure you understand procedures. Answers all questions is available by phone if you have further questions. Does not rush you in and out as other doctors that I have been to do . Great personality not intimidating. Wish I had found this doctor sooner.

Dr. Sussman was very knowledgeable and direct about how to proceed with helping my condition. We first attempted hydrodissection which unfortunately did not effect significant change. The next step was performing minimally invasive carpal tunnel release which allowed me to return to my work as a chiropractic physician 4 days post op.

I visited Dr. Sussman several times for PRP treatments. I was having pain in both knees stemming from issues with patellar cartilage. These treatments improved my pain symptoms and got me over a hump in my rehab. Now my everyday activity feels fine and I am able to engage in more vigorous exercise with much less pain.

I had a Tenex procedure done by Dr Sussman and it was a game changer. We now have a plan in place to strengthen the area that was worked on and hopefully avoid needing further treatments.

Every step of the way he guided me. The trust in his skills and his bedside manner are remarkable.

I’ve been in hip pain for too many years and after seeing Dr. Sussman we decided the Tenex procedure would be a good option. After 4 months the has reduced significantly to the point some days there is no pain. This procedure has been life changing as I’m able to be active again but also not in chronic pain. Highly recommend Dr Sussman

Received a full explanation of the recommended Tenex procedure and why an alternative treatment was not recommended. Dr. Sussman approved my post op decision to have PT that has, in my opinion, accelerated my full recovery.
