I saw Dr. Hester today which is the second time in the past two months. He listens, answers questions, and explains things very well. He truly seems to care about his patients. I won't hesitate to return to the CareNow facility when I'm in need of urgent care. The staff are wonderful as well. Very professional and caring. Thanks so much for the care you delivered!

Excellent facility, Care Now Frisco West, and great manner. Saw my husband and I at the same time, since we were both ligering with sickness. He explained diagnosis and options for meds. Asked us what suits us best, and problem solved.

I had seen the Doctor at a Care Now Facility in W Frisco sometime ago. He made an accurate diagnosis and put me on the path to recovery. Patient, methodical, and attentive !! I did get a follow up from the facility but it was from a different doctor (the nature of their business model)...

Dr. Hester was great! As a nurse, I expect doctors to be distant and try to get out of the room quickly, but Dr. Hester took the time to explain his differential diagnosis & the medications he was prescribing.

I was very pleased with the care Dr. Hester gave my son today. The office was very busy and we did have a little bit of a wait but it was well worth it. When he came in to see us he was very courteous to both me and my son. I will definitely go back to see him for my health care needs and also for the rest of my family.
