I HAVE HAD DR. WILBERT JACOBS FOR ABOUT 3YRS AND HE IS THORO IN HIS EXAMINATIONS AND SIT AND EXPLAINS WHAT THE SITUATION IS. NEVER FEEL RUSHED HE WAS ATTITUDE FREE NO WORRIES IT WAS ALL ABOUT THE PATIENT JACKSONVILLE HAVE SOME DOCTORS THAT DONT CARE ABOUT BECAUSE THEY ARE BEING OVER BOOKED. THE DOCTORS OFFICE NEVER LET YOU SIT NO MORE THAN 10 MIN. UNTIL YOU ARE IN THE BACK. I AM GOING TO MISS HIM WHERE IS HE PRACTICING? I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobs for the last 5 years. Never once have I felt rushed or like he was annoyed with anything I had to say. He is super down to earth. I am very upset that he is no longer with Family Practice Associates. I will definitely miss him.

Dr Jacobs is very compassionate and caring. He not only explains EVERYTHING to you in detail but is very, very knowledgeable and kind. I trust him with me and my family's healthcare.

Listens and very caring and compationate

Dr. Jacobs and the staff are so friendly and caring. It is so refreshing to have a doctor that actually listens to you. I absolutely trust him with my health care. I couldn't be more pleased!

I met Dr. Jacobs just over 2 years ago, and he responded very compassionately and immediately to the issue I was experiencing at that time. I had reason to see him this week, and I was able to get in on the same day and found him and the staff to be very kind and responsive to my needs. Dr. Jacobs is very professional, very pleasant, and willing to help. I highly recommend him and the staff in this office!

When I first got an hmo I was slightly worried about finding a new dr. As soon a i saw Dr Jacobs I felt so received. He is so down to earth. Treats me with kindness. Never rushes me. Answers all my questions..Explains things in a manner I can understand. His entire staff are all courteous and professional. I have always been able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. According to urgency. I would highly recommend Dr.Jacobs to anyone looking for a Dr.

Dr. Jacobs and all his staff are very courteous and go above and beyond to help you with illness. Including some of my relatives visiting from oversees with medical problems. If they can not help you they search for a place or doctor that can. They are always friendly and we are incredibly thankful to have finally changed our north side clinic to this one. We already have recommended this Oakleaf Plantation satellite office to many of our friends. Keep up the good work

VERY GOOD

The first thing I liked about this visit, is that I didn't have to wait. The nurse saw me almost immediately. She was friendly and professional. Doctor Jacobs saw me very shortly after that. He was friendly and professional, too. This was the best first visit to a doctor's office that I can remember. Highly recommend this practice.

I am so very grateful to have Dr. Jacobs as my primary care physician. As a recent arrival to Jacksonville I had become somewhat dismayed with the selection of doctors offered by my health care plan, until I met Dr. Jacobs. He is so relaxing and understanding. I feel very comfortable expressing my concerns with him. He is very knowlegeable and is able to explain things to my understanding. I always leave my appointments with a full awareness of my health concerns and options. For that, I am extremely grateful.

I found Dr Jacobs to be a very caring attentive Dr. He listens carefully to me and answers all my questions. I feel as though I am in good hands with him. He has a wonderful warm,witty personality,and makes me feel like he really loves his profession. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Though not my primary physician, Dr. Jacobs is another example of the excellent staff assembled at Family Practice Associates (FPA). Professional, personable, good two-way conversation regarding my care (an absolute must for me). I unhesitatingly recommend FPA to anyone looking for a physician.
