Dr. Cabalona is not only an expert in her field, oncology, but also an excellent communicator with the patient and consulting physicians. She is a great listener, caring and makes you feel that you are part of her family.

I visited Dr.Cabalona for a blood condition recently, and have had one follow up visit which involved an in-office procedure. Both time she treated me with great respect, professionalism, and caring. Her manner was friendly and unhurried. She was well-prepared for my visit, having researched previous test results going back years. She took the time to explain what she was doing, and why. She repeatedly asked if I had questions, and answered them patiently and thoroughly. Her communication style was straightforward, fact- based, and compassionate. She was both confident and knowledgeable, and left me feeling that I am in good hands.

Dr. Cabalona was recommended to me by my PCP. While I was anxious about starting up treatment again for my condition, Dr. Cabalona put me at ease. She was professional and personable. This was my first visit with Dr. Cabalona and her staff and they had to deliver some bad news but they put me at ease right away and made sure that my son and I understood everything, They took us to the infusion staff and introduced me. Everyone was wonderful and I thank them all.
