Dr. Facibene is the best! So friendly his decades of experience and professionalism shine and helped me so much with my shoulder. I felt so confident with him doing my surgery. His office is helpful and professional aswell. Thank you Dr. Facibene!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Facibene. I saw him after three individuals highly recommended him. His Office Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Any time spent waiting is more than worth it, as the wait is due to the fact that he gives each Patient all the time required to address their concerns. He is easy to speak with and is obviously a dedicated Physician.

I waited about 3 hours for him to spend 5 minutes with me. Then he gave me supplies that my insurance apparently didn’t cover and billed me personally instead. If you’re going to give supplies, you should also give the price if the insurance won’t pay. Would not recommend him to anyone.

RUN FROM HIS WIFE, SHE IS THE WORST!!!

Long long wait like hours every time. They are rude and argue with you. Dr is only nice when my husband comes with us. There is so much more but all I need to say is avoid the office.

I find it hard to believe this man graduated medical school. He was inappropriate and unprofessional. He has zero bedside manners and treated his staff with complete disregard. I feel sorry for the people that have to work with him. Avoid this man at all costs! Find a real surgeon!

Loved Dr. Facibene. He knew right away what was wrong & the treatment for it. He’s personable & made my “doctor” fear at ease. I highly recommend him if a specialist for your hand is needed.

I don’t know if it was a bad day or if it could have been me , but after a long week and trying to describe my issues since I felt he just blew me off . I had a second issue that was written down and given some absurd answer and dismissed. Very unprofessional and I did not expect this as it was not my first visit

Exceptional! You will wait, but he answers all your questions and never rushes you. Staff couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. I have seen many abusive, obnoxious patients treat the staff in such disrespectful ways, those are probably the ones who wrote the nasty reviews..ha ha. To comment on the credit cards, it was not offensive, he deserves to be paid, he provides a service. I have also witnessed people who refuse to pay their balances at the front desk and will actually argue with the staff over it. Shame on them

My son broke his wrist. they took him in on an emergency visit after the er visit. Dr F had to reset his wrist right there. He did a wonderful job of following up each week to re-check the xrays and my son did not need surgery. He and his staff are a credit to the medical field.

The best Ortho on Long Island. Great staff and very caring doctor. My first visit and 5 stars across the board.

Another Surgeon into the business of making money.He took $3500 from my credit card without asking permission despite me having 2 insurances.His staff is rude and refused to work with my insurance companies. Don't ever give your credit card information to his office staff.

I was still having a problem with my elbow and called for my xrays that was taken at Dr. Facibene office to bring to a orthopaedic closer to my home because Dr.Facibene is an hour away.I was told my xrays were the property of Dr.Facibene and I couldn't have them and a would be charged $10 a sheet of film for a copy.,Sue was so so rude told me call my lawyer and hung up on me,I have never been so badlt treated by a DR office has this one,I wil always tell people not to go to this DR's office.

Made appointment for doctor when I get there recpanist. Was crude she ask me for my insurance I gave it to her and then she asked me for a credit card which I never heard of I have insurance and I will pay co payment now she said doctor won’t see me with out credit card. Could not believe what she said and then walked out. Very bad service and I would have like to talk to the doctor but not available. I really don’t won’t a doctor that paper work is more important than the patient. Fly another doctor. Right away and no trouble.

In order to see the Dr. Facibene, you have to give him your credit card number. With all the credit card fraud now days, who in their right mind would do this? Would he give you his credit card number?
