I saw Dr Rossy and was impressed by his professional and kind treatment from the first visit. He (and his staff)truly cares for you as a patient and works for the best possible outcome. He doesn’t forget about you after surgery doesn’t rush out of the exam room, and you’re not just a number to him. As a nurse , I feel completely confident that I had the best care from Dr Rossy and his associates!

The office sent me a wrong claim, claiming that I had an X-ray on my knee, while I didn't. I called them once and they didn't take any action. I had to call again the billing department and try to correct the error. That is really time wasting and unprofessional. Also the visit was pretty short to meet my satisfaction. In general, I am not happy with the service.

Dr. Rossy delivers great service through his warm, caring and honest personality. He takes the time needed to thoroughly address the ailment and explore every option for treatment. I would highly recommend him for anyone having Orthopaedic issues.
