Very rude and unprofessional!!

Dr. William Sutton is an excellent surgeon. He repaired my rotator cuff. He was extremely honest about my rehabilitation. He clearly explained every detail to me. Dr. Sutton is an outstanding surgeon and person. I highly recommend Dr. Sutton.

My first visit was a very good one. His personal approach made it seem as though we were familiar with each other. Dr. Sutton’s explanation for my diagnosis made it very easy for my husband and I to understand. I really appreciate his patience to not let surgery be the first option.

Dr Sutton was very nice and took all time I needed to address my issue. I enjoyed meeting him and would see him again if I had another problem.

My visit with Dr. Sutton was beyond my expectations. He explained what my problem was concerning my shoulder. He gave me things I could do to assist the healing process. I didn’t have to wait to be seen which is common any many offices.

Dr. Sutton is an excellent surgeon with thorough follow-up and care. My husband and I have been seeing him for several years for various issues and highly recommend him and his staff. He has replaced both of my shoulders with reverse shoulder replacement. I have excellent range of motion and am thoroughly pleased.

Treated in 1996 for motorcycle accident; took a long time to get me repaired, but he hung in there and got me fixed-up. Did a great job. That's why I returned to get my knee fixed, I trust his work.

offered nothing helpful

Went for a consult per my orthopedic surgeon. Not impressed with this physician at all. Left me waiting for over an hour with no apology and brusque attitude. Spent way too long trying to piece together treatment history obviously, not having looked at it prior, and offered nothing new or helpful. He is a bit too impressed with himself and perhaps has been in this business a little too long. Not going back

Dr. Sutton has done both of my total knee replacements - I have recommended him highly to others. I have full confidence in him both in his knowledge and surgical skill as well as his bedside manner. Dr. Sutton s;pends time and actually listens as compared to some other doctors I have experienced in my life. He is an asset to the EmergOrtho team.

Saw him for 5 minutes before my surgery for a meniscus tear. Never saw him again. That was 7 months ago. Have had continued pain, swelling. Had knee drained, cortisone shot, gel shot and still pain, sometimes worse than before surgery. Very disappointed. Thinking of seeing another orthopedist.

Dr. Sutton was very thorough ,very accessible and very helpful. He was also conservative which is also good when you're thinking about surgery . His team is also outstanding and they all go out of their way to be helpful . I can't say enough good things about them .

I have had two ACL reconstructions and they have both been done by Dr. Sutton. I would choose him over any other doctor.
