Dr. William Parker Rusche, MD

This Dr Rusche came in and was very understanding and gave me hope that I will be feeling much better soon. Staff was excellent with records.

My first visit with dr Rusche was very positive. He didn't rush the appointment and answered all my question.

He cares and listens to you. Very caring.

I have been with Dr. Rusche practically from the start. The first time I had to wait an hour for an appointment I told his staff it was unacceptable and left. he called me later that nite himself to apologize.That was years ago and I must say I was very arrogant and full of myself.The wait time has been longer but now that I am older , wiser and more humble I realize why the long wait. This man truly takes time and cares about each of his patients. He is worth the wait. I have read that Joann or staff were rude. Never! I consider myself blessed to have Dr. Rusche take care of me and My R.A. all these years. He is not only very humble but interested in me as a person.His staff are very courteous and professional.He is TOP DOG in my book.

Dr. Rusche is absolutely the nicest and most attentive doctor I have met in a long time. Very caring and personable to what you are going through and understanding the need for living a better life through your pain and suffering.

I truly like this man. He is the very first doctor out of MANY that cared about me being in real pain. He done and continues to do whatever it takes to give me an advantage to treat my pain that i have in several areas of my body due to arthritis. Yes, the wait time in the lobby can be long but if the patient before me is getting the same care and attention that i get at every visit then i am fine waiting. I wish there were more physicians this dedicated to their patients. Thank you Dr. Rusche

Dr. Rusche, Is a phenomenal doctor. As many has mentioned if there is a con-to him or the office it's the wait time. But for me I go there with the intention knowing I will be there for a good bit ( I have been in his office for up to 3 hours) and I'm okay with that because I know the patients being seen before me are getting the same attention/care that I will be getting when my wait is up. My RA has been a hard one for me(Him) to find the right medicine combination/ but He continues to try new meds and is always hopeful in us finding that right combination soon. And as far as the negative comment about Nurse Joanne( Whom is no longer with the practice after many, many years) I'm certain there is more to that story than meets the eye. I have been a patient with this practice for about 6 years and I highly recommend Dr.Rusche.

Dr rusche is an amazing doctor! Yes he will spend lots of time with you so the wait is worth it! But the person who holds the office together..JOANN! I've read the reviews of what people have to say about her, but unless you know what you are talking about, you really shouldn't write those things. To the person who said you can't be seen bc Joann doesn't like you or that its personal?? How about you give the real reasons why you can't be seen. There are ways to get yourself dismissed from any practice..as in (and I'm sure one of these are the reasons) 1. Missed to many appts ( the doctors time is pretty valuable and others could be seen if you don't show up, a call to the office takes 5 minutes) 2. You were going to another doctor and getting the same drug(s) that you already get and were paying out of pocket ( as I'm sure this could be the real reason why you got the boot) just remember all the pharmacys work together to insure this doesn't happen! And when JOANN finds this out YES she will give you the boot! As would any other nurse in any other practice! 3. You are a drug addict and called her numerous times leaving threatening voicemails on her rx line. (Which she should have pressed charges against you for, and was urged to but didn't) . Leave the drugs for ppl who really need them not to satisfy your hunger. Now with all that said, let me tell you about the real person you want to speak so negatively about. She worked from 7 am til sometimes past 7 pm.. Everyday! She missed out on her kids and grand kids activities to keep you with your meds! She spent hours after hours checking voicemails and returning calls. (She kept a notebook and I'm sure could prove to you exactly what you were calling about and what she did to call you back and when she called you back). She also has the right to take a vacation! Oh and she couldn't make any decisions without dr rusche or Allison's blessings. So before you want to make assumptions or write a review based on someone, please make sure you know what you are talking about so others are not offended.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rusche. He is the most compassionate doctor I have ever been to. He was never in a hurry & took all of the time I needed.

while you do have a wait for your appointment..it is not because he overbooks...Dr Rusche spends time with his patients and listens....really listens to what you have to say about your problems...he never rushes you out to keep his schedule... SO I can not complain about him running behind as I would prefer to wait knowing he is listening to a patient concerns and when My turn comes he will listen to my concerns....

I think the world of this man!! He saved my life!! I have LUPUS SLE w other complications!! He treated me for free!! I was in ICU for 2 weeks!! GOD BLESS THIS MAN!!

Dr Rusche is a wonderful doctor! It takes a while to see him The process in which it takes to get on the right combination of drugs can be frustrating. But he seems to really care, want to help, listens and treats!

Dr Ruschi is very caring and knowledgable in his field. He takes as much time with his patients as needed to diagnose the problem and decide on a treatment plan. Sometimes there is a wait time, but all of his patients know that it is worth the wait. He is kind and personable. If you can get into his practice, you will understand why so many patients think he is superior in his field.

I am or was a patient of Dr Rusche for 10 years . than one day out of the blue I received a letter from his office.. (JOANN)THAT HE COULD NO LONGER BE MY DOCTOR . I have written letters to him to find out the reason but never got a reply. i have called many many times to try to find out and . told that if JOANN don"t like you or you show in any way that she cannot do her job she will find a way to get you out of the office.Even if it is a lie..I just want to talk to Dr. Rusche face to face and cannot do that. I was told i am not the first one she has done this to that they are many. My only hope is that Dr Rusche reads this report and does something about her and the way she treats people that come to him for help.He is a great Dr and i would hate for him to lose his practice over someone that takes out her personal issues out on his patients she told me that they was not taking new patients and when i asked Dr Rusche he said they were so she was mad about that . and she could not get my insurance to approve a drug but Dr Rusche got it right through.so i know without a doubt she does not like me. for those reasons .I only can pray and hope that she gets replaced as she needs to be so the office will run a lot smoother. and i feel she keeps him from talking to these people because the true person will be revealed for what she is and how she really works...

Dr. Rusche's office was to give me a referral to another doctor for more test, since he doesn't know to do for me. I've been in his office for 5 weeks straight and still no referral. His office staff claims that they are too busy to get him to sign the paperwork. He informed me that he would but it was never done.

I had spent almost 2 yrs and way too much money trying to get a diagnosis. I never felt that many of the physicians I went to did a very thorough exam. Dr. Rusche was not like that at all. He obtained a thorough history, a complete physical exam and really listened to me. Because of this, I got a diagnosis that fits my symptoms and the treatment is working very well. WONDERFUL physician! I am a busy mom as well as a full time night shift employee so I value my time, but, I would rather spend it waiting for a doctor who takes the time to really see what is wrong with me than waste my time with a dozen doctors who just gloss over me to get the next person in.

Yes, you will have to wait to see doctor Rusche so bring a book, although he has plenty of magazines in his office. The thing is he spends a lot of time with each of his patients. He makes sure all of your concerns are addressed. He is also a strait-shooter who will tell you what your prognosis is and what can be done. He is also willing to help with patient assistant programs for prescriptions. If you call with questions the staff will return your call promptly. It is clear that he works hard for all his patients and cares deeply about them.
