I have never met a doctor who has made me feel more comfortable when it comes to discussing my surgeries. He has always explained things in a way I understand and is very helpful in making me feel at ease. Dr Schaaf replaced my right hip for me and everything went exactly how he said it would. I was so pleased with Dr Schaaf that I am going to have him replace my knees. I would recommend Dr Schaaf to anyone for hip or knee surgery.

From the day I met Dr Schaaf I was so impressed. My hip hurt and I was nervous! No need! Dr Schaaf was so knowledgeable, caring, patient, and professional. He put me at ease immediately. He explained my problem in detail and showed me my x-rays. It is so wonderful to actually have your surgeon looking at you (and not constantly at computer screen) and answering ALL your questions. Dr. Schaaf did all this. He replaced my hip and made sure I understood the process. I thank him for my complete recovery. I must add that his nurse, Sarah, and office staff are wonderful!

Dr Schaaf performed surgery on my knee because I had a torn meniscus. As a result of this surgery I regained full use of my knee again. He provided great service and support before and after my surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Schaaf to other patients.

When I went to Dr Schaaf I could hardly walk due to an injury sustained several years ago (for which I did not request medical treatment). Upon Dr Schaaf's recommendation I underwent a left hip replacement. Best treatment that I could have received. Today, I walk between 3 and 5 miles daily with no limp nor discomfort. I highly recommend Dr Schaaf for anyone contemplating hip replacement surgery! He is the best in my book!

The online Force Therapy Program was very clear to follow for physical therapy and it provided instructions which allowed me to become strong in two weeks.
