I have been having issues with this office a long time. Today I went for a scheduled appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 4:00pm. I walked in the door at 4:12 to be told I couldnt be seen for a five minute appointment. Grant it I am a high risk patient, in pain, the office recently moved an extra 40 minutes away from my home, it took everything in me to get me and a two year old and a one year old all the way there. The staff is very uncaring, i have sat in that office, long periods of times, several times to be told i have to reschedule because the dr. got called to a delivery, yet they couldnt see me because of 13 minutes. Two years ago i was admitted to the hospital with my son because at six months i was 4cm dialated. The insurance people neglected to inform my insurance company in a proper time manner that i was admitted therefore resulting in them not being paid for my stay. When they found this out , all though i was told in the beginning i was there for the duration of my pregnancy in the beginning because my situation was so dire, i was immediatly discharged. I went into labour that night and delivered my son 13 weeks early because of this, resulting in nicu stay, and developmental issues we are still dealing with today. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. They do not care about you as a patient at all.

SHE FOLLOWS THROUGH AND TAKES HER TOIME TO EXPLAIN WHATEVER IS GOING. VETY FRIENDLY STAFF

The nurse need to take each patient's complaint serious especially when it is post op. She should either allow patient to speak to Dr. Smith or relay message to her. It is not for her to decide that the patient's complaint is not important especially when it relates to signs of infection. Dr. Smith is an excellent practitioner but staff can sometimes give false impression.

I've been going to her for five years and she has always been very attentive and helpful, I always feel at ease and she always answers my questions and seems to care about me. She makes me feel very comfortable and makes sure I have what I need when I leave.

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received and her level of professionalism.
