My experience was horrible from the beginning to the end. First , they gave me an appointment and then changed it at the last minute after I waited on a long waiting list. But the doctor did allow me to come that next day. The doctor was friendly and I really had faith in my weight loss as I was referred by someone. The doctor had me take all these test But never explained the results to me until after I panicked, called and called for answers, and finally talked to my primary doctor about the results. I was given a pill that totally didn’t agree w me and had a very bad outcome that I don’t want to relive and write about. The doctor had no time to hear me. I felt totally dismissed. Therefore, I immediately emailed the staff and informed them that I was no longer a patient. This was my shortest relationship with a doctor ever.

I've just started seeing Dr. Jabbar, for weight loss. I've only been to him for 2 visits now. However I can tell you that I'm really lucky to have been referred to him. He's very pleasant and caring Dr. Within 2 visits he has helped me so much, he's discovered that I may also have a heart issue. He truly is compassionate and very educated. When searching for Dr.'s, you can read all of these Dr's bio's sometimes and they all state they have your best interest in mind, but then you find out its not always true after seeing them. However Dr. Jabbar is truly amazing. I highly recommend him.

From my 1st appt with Dr. Jabbar, there were problems. When you check in they Always tell u he is running 1/2 late. I've been told my blood work order is in the system, then I go to the other office that does bloodwork per my insurance, they cant find the order, go back to Dr Jabbar office after making Another appt. He says its there, they just didnt look down the screen far enough. The girls that work the desk are constantly talking and laughing with ea other, its very annoying when you trying to discuss something on the phone with them and you can tell their attention is elsewhere. And it takes up to 2 weeks for a referral???? All my yrs with drs they fax it over to the referring dr within 2 days. I stopped going to him at the end of the yr. I think he has too many patients and they dont spend enough time with you. I have even had a nurse lie to me about a procedure I wanted done. What dr cant remove a skin tag. dippy nurse says he doesnt have the Equipment.......

Since the first time I saw Dr. Jabbar it has really changed. Now even if you are really sick you have to go to urgent care because you won't get in. I am beginning to believe people are just scheduling appts. in case they need to see him. Not happy , looking for another doctor.

Dr. Makes sure that you have a complete physical before he prescribes any medication and if you follow what he tells you, you will see great results. I am a patient of Dr. Jabbar and very happy with his work.

I have been seeing Dr. Jabbar for a few years and the first time I saw him I explained that leaving Dupage Medical group because of how hard it was to see a doctor and I didn't want that to happen here if I switched. He promised me I would always be able to get in to see him ....NOT!!! I love his casual approach and listening skills. I believe that too many people referred him and now he has too many patients. He is dictated on how long he can spend with a patient which I think is ridiculous. The staff is awful.... If you send a message to Dr. Jabbar the nurse answers it and doesn't know half the time what it is concerning. The nurses are given or take took much privilege. I understand the results of labs are in mychart but I would like a followup response stating your labs are okay , or this is what we need to do next. Not wait until another appt. before you discuss it. I really love this doctor but lately he is too busy and I am seriously looking for another doctor. They need to bring in more doctors and cut off new patients for those who have too many. I also spend a lot of time at urgent care due to not being able to get an appt. when needed. If you are sick that is when you need to see the doctor and you can't plan that. So if you are thinking about coming here just remember it is hard to get an appt. and if you call you are put on hold for a while.

I have been going to dr Jabbar for some time now. I always thought highly of him and his staff. However, recently this has changed. Staff turnover is great and trying to get an appt with him within a day or so is next to impossible! It almost seems like I need to make an appt a month out in case I do need to see him. I have found myself relying on urgent care more so than him. I am not sickly but there are times when I do need a dr and his staff says "I'm sorry, but he has no openings this week". Thank goodness my insurance pays for urgent care visits. As a dr he is wonderful! But grading him in conjunction with his staff and his availability brings his overall score down.

Dr. Jabbar and Dr. Pua are excellent doctors, but their office staff is terrible. They can never return your phone call, you are on hold for 10-15 minutes all the time and they take your message and never call you back, you can not get an apt right away... it is awful, I am really considering switching doctors eventhough all my family had been with them for the past 7 years :(

I have been Dr. Jabbar's paintiant since 2007. I found him through my insurance network after I got very severe stomach pain. He has been wonderful, very thorough and his diagnosis just wonderful. He is very friendly, caring and focus on me and listens to all my concerns. I even convinced my husband to go to him and he is very happy with his decision as well. I wish the staff was nicer.

I am a new patient of Dr Jabbar and this was my first appt with him. I was able to make an appt within 3 days as I was having some pain. I found him to be extremely nice, patient and focused on me, and not a laptop. I found the office help to be friendly as well as his nurse. He didn't seem to rush thru the appt and I'm glad I made the right choice to switch to him as my primary care physician/internist.

Dr. Jabbar is an excellent doctor. But he is dictated to by a corporation, which tells him how long he can spend with each pt. &, the number of pts. to see aday. It is getting harder to get a timely appt. We have found many staff do not get messages accurate or deal with many issues inapproriately. Love Dr. Jabbar, dislike alot of his staff.

Dr. Jabbar has been my doctor for almost 3 years. And now I convinced my husband to have him as his doctor. He is excellent, friendly, precise and his diagnosis is wonderful. Love his approach and I will never condider change him for anything. Thanks Dr. Zaid for all what you are doing for me and my family.

He is always willing to take the time to listen and explain in detail any isues and side effects that may occur. I highly recommend him and would not EVEN consider switching.
