Ismile family really treats you like family. Dr. Sabbagh was extremely gentle and kind.

First, the dentist and I agreed to specific things before he began working on my teeth, yet once he finished he told me he had done extra things like file down my back teeth without my knowledge or consent!?... No doubt so he could charge my insurance for the extra work. Very exploitative and creepy. I was shocked. Second, my visit was very rushed which was strange considering there were no other patients in the waiting room. Last, the hygienist was very condescending for no apparent reason and hurt my gums multiple times while taking my scans, which "somehow" disappeared from the computer, so I had to suffer through her careless bedside manner twice!

He doesn't care about you or your health, it's all about the money. If he or his dentist make any mistakes they will falsefy your documents to make you seem like you are lying to not be held accountable. One of his dentist that worked for him by the name of Dr. Rony Mashihi took it upon himself to shave out all of my front teeth and then gave me glue to fix it on my own. The caps that they put in without my permission, started falling out 1 month after that were put in. They destroy your healthy teeth to ensure that you will need cosmetic work done by them. My whole life is different since going there, I can't eat anything solid and I am always in pain and puss builds up in the gums and oozes out when you are talking or eating. DO NOT TRUST this man or anyone he employs. Dr. Mashihi now has his own office located at (Brooklyn Dental PC) 7 Bay 28th Street 2nd FL BK, NY 11214. STAY AWAY!!!! When I contacted my insurance company to have documents sent to me they stated they had no records from the doctors office stating that I had returned numerous times to complain and have my teeth glued back in. They should have their license revoked, an office full of quacks. Currently in the process of having them looked into. I have two caps sitting in a box that will no longer fit in my mouth because of how many times they have fallen out. I went to another dentist to access the damage and was told that it will take $10,700 to fix this. I need my whole top row implanted now. STAY AWAY !!!!!
