I am absolutely disgusted by this Physician and her practice. She assured me my medicine issues would stop. She assured me that if I needed my refills she would be available for the next year while my office finds a replacement doctor. She not only lied, her office in Metamora does not care. Absolutely disgusting that I cannot get my same medical treatment that I have had for over 10 years and she assured me would no longer be an issue. They do not treat you like a medical patient or human. They treat you like an annoying phone call. Do not choose this office if you care about your health.

I cannot believe what I am dealing with because of this Physician. My doctor passed away and my replacement doctor left and I saw Heather - she knew that my only issue was getting my meds on time - meds I've been on for over 10 years. She assured me that I would no longer have to deal with this issue. She then refused to fill any meds for the entire office where I saw her. Her staff was absolutely atrocious on the phone, and basically said it isn't their problem since she didn't see me at THAT office. Do NOT - if you care about your health - DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OFFICE OR DOCTOR
