Dr Ali and staff have great front door patient customer service. I had been a patient of Zephyrhills Dental just prior to Covid. I had multiple dental issues and wanted a full mouth extraction. I have COPD with many inhalants from inhalers, nebulizer treatments and CPAP at night These treatment degrade the teeth causing dental caries. Dr Ali said he didn't know that so I brought in a printed article outlining the situation So I was dissuaded from having ful mouth extraction and had,$7000.00 worth of dental work....no dental insurance. Fast forward to 2033..I again have a mouth full of dental issued.. front tooth cracked due to decay ..mind you I had a full mouth going over with extractions fillings,toot canals, implant justa few years prior. Bottom line i was given a quote for nearly $9000,00 for MORE dental work. I asked Dr Ali if he would work with me and work on my front tooth first and when yi could afford addition dental work I would have more done I couldn't go in debt with this Clinic He would not work with me. Do I have a missing tooth in the front and multiple teeth needing to be removed. So disappointed in the outcome with Zephryhills Dental. We sre moving back to Maine in the Spring and will have dental work perfect there, in Maine.Side note my husband Jim had excellent work done with Dr Ali and team. I will never return .
