Excellent facility, but the front desk staff in the Port St Lucie office are insulting and inconsiderate. High-pressure sales tactics are their specialty, with little consideration for the patient. They make you feel as if you are bothering them. Re: The Perio (Hersh): I was told I needed a sinus lift, which was negated by two other specialists. almost paid 1950 unnecessarily. When I was scheduled for an extraction, I was told there would be a 600 dollar charge for a blood mix treatment that enables healing. When I tried to decline, I was informed by the front desk staff that I would not be treated by Dr. Hersh, who had also insisted on a sinus lift. I had no choice and paid 600 for a service I did not need but could not decline. The last straw was being told by the front desk person to find another dentist. I doubt the dentist knows this is going on, Shame on St Lucie support staff. They need to stop treating people like numbers. A little politeness also goes a long way in my books.
