Waited in exam room for 55 minutes past appointment time. No one stopped in to let me know that the doctor was running late or that an emergency had come up. When she walked in she didn’t introduce herself (I had not met her before) or verify who I was. My sense was that she was just trying to get caught up. She did explain the changes in my prescription and what would be improved with new lenses. My husband and I have been long-time patients of Dr. Smetana and this experience was very much out of character for the practice. Maybe an “off” day for Dr. Mitchell.

10/10 Dr.Mitchell is very thorough in her examinations, and always makes sure her patients are well taken care of. I would recommend.
