Very personable and polite

I look forward to coming to my appointment. I use to dread coming to my old podiatrist because he was not gentle. Dr. Heller is gentle, kind, loves to talk to his patients. Most of all he truly cares about all his patients.

To be honest, even thought Dr. Heller was personable, I didn't feel that he addressed my issues properly. I felt he could have spent more time explaining my issues. I should have asked more questions.

He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent. To-the-point. Plantar fasciitis which needed a relatively painless injection of cortisone. Would have liked a little more explanation or understanding on what caused it. But very competent with good 'bed-side' manner.
