DR. Kia is a wonderful doctor. He always gets what he need to get fix in a matter of time. I know Dr.kia as a friend and as a dentist my whole life .

I had an appointment with Navid Kia due to my tooth being loose.. .Prior to that my insurance information was verified with the office staff. However, while at my appointment Kia decided he did not want to use my insurance since they have a set fee they will pay. Kia told me that my tooth is "fine" and there is a lot of bone there supporting it. However, I was able to wiggle it with my tongue. I sought help from two other dentist. both with the same diagnosis...the tooth needed to come out asap since there was no bone left. I had my tooth pulled, went back to Kia, asked him why he lied, and all he did was smile. A complaint has been filed with the Board of Regulations for neglect of a paitent. This situation could have been more serious than it was, causing additional damage. We expect the medical feild profession to be "trusting". professionals and not to lie to paitents for there own satisfaction.
