If you want to be your own Doctor he is the guy. Great Staff - lousy Dr. I had been seeing Dr. Vizcarra for almost 5 years I am a 56 y/o male. 3rd year my insurance company offered to put $100 in our HSA Account if I had a physical I have cervical spine issues in which I see a Dr for, I went in for a physical I have long-term effects from COVID. Dr. Vizcarra saw that when his nurse that my blood pressure and heart rate were elevated. He insisted 2 mins after being in the room that I go see a Cardiologist, he refused to listen to the 8 different symptoms I told they were what the internet is calling long-term COVID medical problems. He said: “You either have symptoms or you don’t”. I tried to explain to him the other symptoms and he refused to even listen, he said “I am the Dr, not you, you need to see a cardiologist” The local grocery store pharmacist told me I should consider the pneumonia shot, 2 years later, the shingles vaccine, Dr. Vicarra did NONE of those. A huge waste of 6 years

Being retired military I have moved every 3 years on average for most of my life. I have had many primary care doctors both military and civilian, and I have to say that Dr. Vizcarra is probably the best. He truly is concerned about your welfare and is very thorough in his care for you as a patient. He talks to you as a person and listens to what you have to say with true interest. I highly recommend Dr Vizcarra as your family doctor.

Dr. Vizcarra is the first doctor we have encountered in this area of Florida that will actually look into your eyes and have a discussion with you. I LOVE HIM! He is concerned about me, a person. His staff doesn't put you off when you call and when you visit, even just stopping by with a question, everyone seems to be working together for your benefit, ready to answer with a friendly smile.

Staff makes your appointment, then when you show up, they say you don't have an appointment, I showed them my card that they put the appointment on, this happened 2 times in 3 months. Been going there a year and have yet to see the Dr. Told me to call for my meds when they run out, called, said the meds were not on my chart????? Try a different Dr.
