BURNS VIOLATED THE STANDARD OF CARE IN HIS TREATMENT OF A PATIENT'S CONGENITAL ADRENAL HYPERPLASIA, HE FAILED TO FAMILIARIZE HIMSELF WITH THE SYMPTOMS, POSSIBLE COMPLICATIONS, AND TREATMENT OF CONGENITAL ADRENAL HYPERPLASIA AND IGNORED IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THE PATIENT'S MEDIC ALERT CARD, DR. BURNS ALSO FAILED TO KEEP ADEQUATE MEDICAL RECORDS.
