I suffered a lower spinal injury almost 50 years ago and I've survived with excruciating pain on a daily basis. There have been many instances where getting out of bed in the morning was a challenge. Numerous doctors I visited over the years recommended various forms of lumbar surgery with the insertion of plates and screws and all sorts of nasty procedures. After researching this option for many years, and discussing the outcome with a number of people who had undergone these procedures, I decided that given a <35% success rate, invasive spinal surgery wasn't an option. I've been a patient of Dr. Santos for a handful of years. She began giving me epidural injections in my lower spine about 5 years ago, after which I experienced moderate pain relief for three months. One day she suggested I research Regenexx procedures. Within a month, I was scheduled for what turned out to be the greatest decision I've ever made. I can honestly claim that for the past couple of months after my Regenexx procedure, what was normally horrible stabbing pains in my lower spine are gone. I mean, completely gone. To anyone who is experiencing pain from spinal injuries or failures from aging, I highly recommend talking to Dr. Jean.

Dr. Santo and nurses are terrific when getting injections. For the past 9 months, I have not been able to receive an adequate amount of one of my pain medications and I MUST call in to get it ordered. This is a great mistake on their part in coordinating my meds with the 90 days to revisit and get a refill. I am so inconvenienced by this and I find it so ridiculous that it is happening at all. Not just once or twice, but 3 times now!!

She is so kind, caring everything some of these people say she isn't is not true. I have gone to her for 20 years, and yes she will call you. She will even take your call when she does not have to. I would not be able to have a normal life if it was not for Dr. Santo. So yes she gets a five star.

I chose to make an appointment with this person due to being a female physician. Living with chronic pain is very difficult and needs compassion and empathy. Do not expect either from doctor jean santo. She was negative, cold, unprepared with my case history. Her so called exam was simply testing my reflexes. The exam room was filthy with items on the "exam" table that were dusty and in the way. She refuses to speak with you on the phone and is all about the money FIRST. Beware of this person and her extremely unprofessional staff.

This person is deceptive and is running a scam on chronic pain patients. She took my $250.00 CASH, deceived me, and will not even speak to me about situation. Disgraceful treatment.

went from not being able to walk without help to a 99% normal life with dr.santo's expert care .I would highly recommend her to anybody that has any pain or mobility problems ,she is the absolute beat there is any where.

I have 2 major gripes with this provider. We went to see her for a nerve block injection for my wife. After speaking to other nerve specialists in Towson, MD and Johns Hopkins I am pretty confident that based on the results of my wife's injection, that the doctor hit the wrong nerve completely. My wife lost mobility for a few days. Repeat injections from other providers had no such issue, so I am not confident in this doctor's ability to even administer a nerve block. Secondly, the billing fiasco that followed for almost 7 months was not fun either. Her billing person was a pleasure to work with, but the subsequent injections in Towson, MD and at Johns Hopkins did not have the fiasco I went with here. These two gripes aside, I found the doctor "distracted". As though she did not have time to turn around and breathe or think and give you the proper attention you should have when there to see her. Perhaps the experience for my wife is rare, but I will not go back.

I like Dr Santo because I know I am getting the best care. She knows exactly what I need and what to do for me.

The idea of an injection into your spine could seem scary but it was totally painless.The staff is sweet and really cares about it's patients.They called to see how I am after injections.Who does that today.I started seeing Dr. Santo years ago after a lifelined auto accident.I received her name from a friend in a pain support group . Iwas scared about an injection into my spine but I was desperate for some pain relief. Dr Santo has been giving me injections for almost 3 years now with no pain.Very pleased with the care I've received.

Dr.Santo is excellent and I would highly recommend her to anyone experiencing extreme back pain. She listens and helps you to decide the best treatment.

My experience with Dr. Santo has been very positive. She is compassionate and understanding. I have had numerous injections /nerve blocks and I couldn't ask for a nicer person to talk to. She even called me at home to see how I was doing. What d0ctor does that in this day and age? !

I would absolutely recommend sending people to Dr. Santo. She is in my opinion the best at her job. She is caring and understanding, as is her staff. Going back there would be no doubt an easy option, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had many neck injections from Dr. Santo and it was painless I would recommend if you need pain management go see her she takes the time you need and does not rush you outlike alot of Doctors over book and dont care about your time but her practice does not do that and you can get into her office pretty quick my experince at her practice was GREAT one of the best doctors I ever went to

I've taken Grandma to visit Dr. Santo at least 6 times for epidural injections for lower lumbar pains, and the service we received was excellent. I would recommend Dr. Santo to anyone having an elderly relative in need of pain management.

She is very good I have had many of Doctor's due to 73 surgeries. She is very caring Knows what she is talking about. Will refer you to some other doctor when it is necessary
