A First Class Operation from entering any of their buildings. The warm reception to the Receptionist counter to the physician assistance . Dr. Bogdan listens to you as a patient and gives all the options to you case. They make you feel comfortable and satisfied when your finished in the office.

Dr. Bogdan and the staff were very courteous, thorough, and professional Dr. Bogda gave me a good plan and provided immediate relief to knee pain.

What a great practice! Very clean, and comfortably decorated waiting area. Everyone from the person I spoke to in the Call Center to make my appointment, to the people at the Front Desk, the medical assistants and Dr. Bogdan himself were very friendly, well informed and highly professional! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bogdan. One example: Five years ago, a surgeon at a different Ortho practice has injected both my knees, a very painful experience. Dr. Bogdan injected both my knees and I didn’t feel a thing! My visit with Dr. Bogdan convinced me I was in good hands with Dr. Bogdan and his team - and this was the surgeon I want to replace both my knees once I am ready!

My first time visit with Dr. Bogdan, he is great, very professional and absolutely answered all of my questions.

Doesn’t see his patient all the time and doesn’t communicate well

Waited over an hour and a half for three minute evaluation. Seemed to be disinterested as I was not there for joint replacement. Appointment was useless. No apology for wait nor recommendation for issue. Stick to Rothman doctors in Philadelphia!

Both my wife and I have had recent examinations and diagnosis and I had arthroscopic knee surgery last Monday. Dr. Bogdan’s experience is evident in his listening to your issues with concern and his decision making suggestions as to what course to take in resolving those issues and pain. His demeanor, professional approach and personality all add value to the experience specifically to the level of comfort you receive knowing that you have elected the best physician to address your orthopedic medical issues.

Installed a defective knee that is known for being NG Did not anchor correctly and did not tighten tendons Holding knee on the sides. Cut down the center of my knee so I suffer tremendously when I kneel on it. Cut the nerve running across the knee and leaves a pain Ball attached for weeks that causes nerves damage. After all that he tells you it’s going to take a year to heal Insofar weeks

Spent over 7 hours trying to resolve a billing issue with Brielle Orthopedics. Received dunning letter threatening my credit score. Guess what, they were submitting the claim on the wrong insurance card. Apparently my directness with his staff was not appreciated. I have been discharged as a patient. WOW. This is the antithesis of the medical industry. Entitlement and elitism as well as a paradigm of superiority. Well Dr. Bogdan, I need more surgery and because of your staff and billing ineptitude it will not be you. Caveat Emptor. You should be ashamed at your staff. I will not be contributing to your profits any further. Good Bye!

Patient beware: Want to know why their offices are so beautiful? If you break a bone, they will bill your insurance for surgical services even if the doctor doesn't touch a knife nor do anything beyond a normal office visit. They also charged for an "office visit" which my insurance paid for. No one in their office explained billing practices before treatment so we could make an informed decision. Apparently this is standard industry practice. Does that make it right? Absolutely not. Now we are out $400. Thanks a lot Brielle Orthopedics.
