Dr. Lori Ann Hickson, MD

Absolutely the best dr I’ve ever had and I also would like to know where she is! I can’t fathom having to find another doctor…I am so saddened to think she might not be practicing anymore. Please share info if she is located!

I am looking for her as well. She has been my doctor for a long time now it’s not like her to leave without sending a notice. She must’ve been under contract where she wasn’t able to do it. If you find her please email me so that I can give her a call, thank you best doctor ever

The best Doctor! So kind, thoughtful, sweet and caring. I received an email on January 2 saying that she was no longer with Pak Medical Group as of December 19, 2023. Pak gave no explanation, such as a retirement, etc. Please let her patients who love her, on this forum, let us know what happened or where we can find her in practice. Thank you. R. Cottingham

Dr. Lori Hickson is the greatest Doctor I've had in my 70 years. She was my Doctor at Pak Medical Group, I do not know why she left. But I am looking for her. I miss her and I want her back........ Deborah Vosburgh

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Hickson since she acquired her pracl her practice here in New Braunfels. She is very professional and takes a genuine interest in her patients needs. Dr. Hickson takes the time to listen to her patients. She is one of the best internal I have been to in my 90 years!

I do not enough time or space to tell you all the great things about Dr. Hickson. She is in a class so high. Called to schedule appt, was told she was booked. . Nothing that they could schedule out, I thought that was strange.

Dr. Hickson saved my life. Five years ago, I had gone to her for my yearly check up and she does an ekg as part of her exam. She saw that my ekg was abnormal. Referred me to a cardiologist and few weeks later, I had open heart surgery. I appeared to be healthy 61 year old but was a waking time bomb. Without surgery, I would have died. Thank you, Dr. Hickson??

Horrible experience..tried to get appt. couldnt get the paperwork together and no idea what insurance they take..so disappointing.

Dr. Hickson is an excellent Doctor. I feel so fortunate to have her. She is very knowledgeable and caring. Her staff is also very helpful and very good. She listens to your concerns and spends a lot of time with you.

I have been seeing Dr Hickson for about 4 years now. She always takes the time to see how you are doing with all aspect of your life which helps her to evaluate you totally. She has helped me tremendously in always diagnosing my condition/ailment and treating it properly with quick results. I have been very please with Dr. Hickson and her staff and I actually don't mind having to go to the doctor.

Dr Hickson is the most thorough, caring internist that I have ever known.

I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Hickson and her staff. Very courteous and friendly while still being professional. Takes the time to listen to you and explain things. I never feel rushed! Very reasonable too with treatment plans, I feel like she is taking good care of me and my issues without overtreating.

Dr Hickson is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. She cares about you and your health. Spends as much time with you as you need. She listens and answers all your questions. She had to recommend a specialist for me and I kept trying to get a appointment and his office never called me back. I called Dr Hickson and she called them that same day and I was in the next week. I would recommend her to anyone.
