Dr. Matthew Dan Eichenbaum, MD

I strongly recommend Dr. Eichenbaum and his staff. I had a total of three surgeries in a matter of 2 months due to trigger finger and carpal tunnel on both hands. After first right hand surgeries, done both same day, I called to schedule left hand surgery. I was in for left hand surgery in less than a month. I wanted to do it earlier, but Dr. Eichenbaum recommended to wait until right hand healing for a couple of weeks. When I sent messages to Surgery Coordinator with questions or concerns, she responded timely with a call or an email message. Anesthesiologists Staff are also great, you can sense they care, you are not just a number. I am a baker, with a home based small business (Mara's Cake Parlor on FB), I have been delivering baking goodies to my doctor, staff, and the heroes behind the scenes that made my surgeries successful. I am recovering, already started baking. I am thankful for all your TLC and will always keep you in my prayers. You ROCK!

Outstanding job fixing my hand!

Excellent medical care and full recovery

My husband has had Dr. Eichenbaum for both traumatic reconstructive hand surgery and carpal tunnel surgery. From our first appointment with Dr. Eichenbaum, we felt that he listened to us and explained everything in depth. The reconstruction from a crushing saw accident went very well, fingers look and act like fingers again, nail beds were reconstructed -- totally amazing! My husband also had Dr. Eichenbaum do his carpal tunnel surgery. Quick recovery and no lingering pain or tingling sensations. I'm sure if he needs surgery in the other wrist, we will schedule with Dr. Eichenbaum.

I needed a Carpal Tunnel release very badly. Consulted with Dr Eichenbaum & scheduled surgery out long enough for me to change my state insurance (as a 2ndry) to something that their website 'said' they would accept. A few days before the surgery, his Secretary, Carolyn, calls to tell me they won't accept my new insurance and that I would have to pay the co-pay out of pocket as well as the anesthesiologists and surgical center bills, all out of pocket. I'm a single Mom with a part time job, struggling to keep my job and make ends meet and ALL they care about is the money. Secretary, Carolyn tells me that I must meet my responsibility, when I already jumped through HOOPS to accommodate them. They have a disgusting attitude towards patients and ZERO compassion when it comes the middle class commoner. This is NOT elective surgery. I WOULD NEVER recommend this group when it's all about the MONEY and not the patients health or well-being. PATIENT BEWARE!

Long wait but defiantly cares and has amazing bedside manner! He's an all around great doctor!
