I found this doctor uninterested, dismissive and rude. He looked over the problem for 1 minute, did not give me a chance to ask questions, interrupted every time I spoke and dismissed me.
Wish I had read the the reviews before wasting my co-pay. Rosenbaum's has horrible bedside manner, was dismissive and hurried, didn't listen or take time to understand. All he did was give me coupons for Cetaphil -which I was way past using as Cetaphil does not cure rashes (duh) and it caused itching and burning on my face. Then he recommended Vaseline.... Apparently I just have dry skin which ofcourse has nothing at all to do with me using harsh shampoo on my face to control the rash since I don't have a skincare solution that works. Thought that's what the dermatologist was for but I guess not. He did tell me to take a picture next time it flares up, but I cant send the picture to him, I have to schedule an appointment to show him the picture... I'LL NEVER make another appointment with this man. Especially after reading the other reviews apparently that's his scam so you have to pay for more visits.
I have been going to Dr. Rosenbaum for many years. He is a very intelligent and nice doctor. I trust his opinion and feel he is a highly qualified doctor. I have recommend him to my family and many friends over the years. He is not one for a lot of chick chat but he does get right to the point and takes care of the problem I come to the office with. I like him very much and would recommend him to anyone who needs a dermatologist. He is a great doctor. Also, his office is very clean and his staff is very friendly and kind. Highly recommend.
I have visited Dr Rosenbaum on several occasions for treatment of my psoriasis. I was greeted promptly and warmly. The office staff was GREAT with my insurance and getting clearance for specialized medication. Dr. Rosenbaum saw me right away, and I was very comfortable with his knowledge and the information he provided. Follow up appointments have been wonderful. Although the office wait time below lists 5 minutes (the only option for short time) I do not believe I waited even one minute after check in to be moved into the exam room and Dr Rosenbaum saw me immediately
Have gone to Dr. Rosenbaum for years. Always correct in diagnosis, efficient and kind.In an emergency his staff has always gotten me in for an appointment.
Dr Rosenbaum has a split personality disorder. He can be nice or horrible, you never know. He will only look at one medical problem per visit. He checked my back for skin cancer and refused to check my legs, he told me to get another appointment.
Dr rosebaum has absolutely the worst bedside manner. After a cursory glance at my condition, he was convinced of a diagnosis and prescribed an ointment. 3 months later, the condtion is much MUCH worse, and dr rosenbaum was dismissive and curt. He interrupted me whenever I spoke, was disinterested in what intries to tell him, and when I told him I didn't feelthat he was listening to me, he was condescending and rude.
I never write reviews for anything but I was compelled to write one after my appointment today. I have seen Dr. Rosenbaum a whopping 3 times in the past 3 months and each time I have gone he has gotten more rude and less friendly. Today I almost walked out of the room because he was so cold and unwelcoming. I have never felt welcomed by him and he has an attitude like he doesnt want to help you resolve your skin problems and makes you think it is your fault. My favorite is when I asked if there was anything else I could try for my Scalp Psoriasis and he said, in a very condescending tone, that he 'prescribed something for me but I couldn't afford it." Well, your the doctor, you should be finding other things! Nevertheless I don't have any more appointments with him and I am solo happy! never going back to his office again. I'd rather suffer. You've been warned.
Worst doctor ever, does not speak and listen to the patient, the whole appointment took less than five minutes, very rude person. If you want any treatment this guy is not for you
Dr. Rosenbaum is a horrible person and incompetent doctor. He at both of my emergency appointments told me he did not have the time to deal with me. I have been very sick and dealing with ongoing skin rashes for months and when I told him I had questions for him before he did a third skin biopsy he told me I would have to reschedule for another day when he would have time to discuss the details of the treatment he was recommending. I began to cry and he just walked away. I left his office in tears wondering how a doctor could have such little care for his patients. It is absolutely ridiculous that this quack is allowed to practice medicine. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Massachusetts board of healthcare providers in hopes something will be done to rectify this. Take my advise and look for a different dermatologist that cares more about people than $$
Rude staff, rude doctor....he is a money sucking quack, and thats it. The staff hangs up on you, there only concern is the co pay not your medical needs. Absolutely an idiot in every way, would rather see a dr in a third world country then this quack who wont listen or let you talk.
I've been seeing this Dermatologist for 12 years and have had no problems. Saw many others too and he was as good or better than most.
I've seen him for a few years and never had any complaints. Appointments were always on time. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes, so he doesn't overbook, like so many others.
Doctor was no intersted in what I want to say and kept interrupting me.Doctor spent less than 3 minutes total with me.Doctor limited me to talk one 'problem' and said that I will have to make another appointment to talk about a potential other problem.I did not feel that I was treated respectfully.I did not feel that he is knowledgeable.
The worst doctor that I've ever seen. He took a biopsy of the skin on my back and said he would call me about the result. But a month later, he still didn't call me and the wound from the biopsy started to form a lump and getting very itchy. When I called his office, he was very rude and only kept saying, "come and make an appointment!" What a bloody money-sucking jerk this guy is!
The worst possible doctor I have ever visited. He may be really good at his job( though I never got a chance to see that). But he should have the patience to listen to people. When you take an appointment and wait for days until your turn comes, you will want your doctor to at least listen to you. He told me what little I already knew and when I asked him any other question, all he told me was that he did not have time to examine me completely and that I had to take another appointment to clarify any other problem. Now i really don't know what my first appointment was for??? to take another appointment???
Usually high consultation fee for announced ten minute appointment with extra charge for what should be routine service.
