Dr. Collins is a good doctor, however care is affected by her rude and incompetent staff. She needs to get staff that actually belong in healthcare!

Dr. Collins provides both medical and practical advice to keep me as healthy as possible. She also will discuss treatment options with me. During each visit, she always takes time to listen to and address my issues and concerns and follows up on my progress in subsequent visits. I could not be more pleased with my healthcare with Dr. Collins as my provider.

I am a fan of Dr. Collins she is caring professional and honest.

I'm very satisfied with Dr. Collins' treatment and handling of my health issues. She always listens to my concerns and recommends what she believes are the best courses of treatment for me. More recently, she reached out to her patients with advice on how to cope with the pandemic, something none of my family or friends' physicians have done.

Dr. Collins is knowledgeable, shows genuine care and concern for her patients, and listens well to general updates and concerns. When I think of a primary care physician, Dr. Collins is the model of care that comes to mind.

Staff is very rude and unprofessional

All around terrible experience. Mean and rude office that's difficult to find.

This was the worst experience I've had in a physician's office. They were uncaring and mean. The office is very difficult to find and the office staff is incredibly rude. I felt vindicated when reading others have experienced the same frustration with this office.

She is very welcoming never makes you feel like a sick patient. She is very encouraging always have a new and accommodating solutions.excellent doctor I will recommend her to older and younger patients.

Dr Collins has been taking care of my family for years. She is always compassionate, diligent and kind. She takes time to answer your questions andexplains things in way that's relatable. We love her and her staff.

Wonderful doctor...great bedside manner. She does need to work on following up with patients to discuss lab work, tests etc.

Went to this doctor for physical because I'm overweight (according to weight chart) she assumed and insisted I was diabetic, took blood work and I was not. Her med assistant weighed me at a higher weight than I am at least 30 pounds more, and she had my height at 5' 2", have measured as 5' 7" since I was 18, and what do you know went to another doctor and guess what...I'm still 5' 7". She had go to several cardiac appointments, which resulted in the same thing....nothing wrong, now I owe this cardiac place over $500 for nothing. Even the tech said there's nothing going on with your heart. Additionally, she had me take a plethora of blood work, which again turned out to be NOTHING. I feel that Dr. Collins tries to generate these elaborate health problems because they result in more money. I rated her 2 stars because she does spend time talking to you.

I think one waits to see Dr. Collins because she spends time with you and doesn't rush through her examination or time talking with you. I think she is terrific.

I was referred to Dr. Collins a few years ago after my primary care physician retired. I have seen her three times since and have been thoroughly impressed with her diligence, compassion, and willingness to spend time with me. I recommend her to anyone who appreciates professionalism, expertise, and genuine human concern.

Dr. Collins is that rare Doctor who combines excellent medical skills, expertise, and knowledge of current research with the concept that I, as someone who has lived in this body for 56 years, know what I'm talking about.We are able to have true discussions when there are more than one way to approach a health issue - we both learn from the process.I never feel hurried although Dr. Collins is extremely efficient.Her office staff must also be mentioned as incredibly helpful, caring, and as masters of multi-tasking.Added to this, I always manage to leave laughing - no matter how bad the news is, they know I like to deal with it by joking and graciously help me to have an overall positive visit even if I go in feeling awful.

I first met Dr Collins at my old Doctors office on an emergency appt. She was very dilligent and aggressive and caught a life threathning condition and referred me to the best cardiologist in the state. I have since left my doctors office and followed her to her own newly opened practice. I absolutely love her..
