Dr Fignar and his team are knowledgeable, helpful, very accommodating. Dr Fignar is on the cutting edge of promoting quality of life and illness prevention. Since I have joined Dr Fignar MD VIP service I have had the best control ever of my chronic illnesses. It makes a big difference in your healthcare when your doctor is partnered with you to promote wellness and shares advanced knowledge in chronic illness improvement. This is money well spent!

I have not had a single bad experience in my 8 visits. The longest I've had to wait was only a minute or two. The care I get at Dr. Fignar's office is nothing less than stellar. I can't recommend him enough.

Without question the best and most thorough appoinment I've had in recent memory (and I worked in healthcare for 10 years). Even though I'm a new patient, Dr. Fignar knew my medical history (because he read it) and we spent over an hour discussing health goals.

I have been seeing Dr. Fignar for perhaps 10 or so years now and have always been pleased with his practice and the doctor himself. Yes, he converted to concierge practice which the doctor sees fewer patients so they can focus on delivering personalized medicine, patient-centered medicine and preventive care and depending on your own personal health needs, this kind of practice is quite informative and allows you to gain knowledge of your own health you will not get anywhere else. Dr. Fignar is incredibly thorough, spends as long as I need whenever I need him and the office staff is fantastic. Love this practice and highly recommend.

You are hoping for a get rich plan, but wealth isn't just money. Wealth is attained in the way you treat your patients, with respect and dignity. You sir have lost our respect. If you're not rich enough to pay his yearly fee, he basically throws you away as a patient. You're not worth his time and effort.

This Dr's office is one that you need to stay away from!!!! They need to hang a sign on front door that says "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK"! The office staff is very rude, unprofessional and do not forward messages to Dr or NP. You have to keep calling office to get a follow up on anything that you have a question about - I would never hope any of his patients have a medical emergency - you may not get the help you need! Dr Fignar is one of a kind and not in a good way - does not care about his patients, does not listen to patients as to why you came to his office in the first place and always pushing his weight loss clinic at his patients.

Dr Fignar is so very knowledgeable and supportive about the program. I am in remission from breast cancer for a year now and needed to lose weight for a weight loss study from Yale. I have, and am currently losing 10lbs per month and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend him and his staff!

Asking for meds. Well, whoever answered my call said they would call the pharmacy. They then told me that my medications would be ready the next day. How would they know that if they didn't call yet. So I asked for and they said they would call me back with an answer. NOT,,, if it was a business they wouldn't last, customer service is in the toilet.

I have been seeing Dr Fignar for weight loss. I have 50lbs to loose. So far, I've lost 20. We came up with a plan that is very flexible to fit my busy life. Every time I see him, he teaches me something new. I told Dr Fignar that I wanted to change the way I ate for life. Not go on a diet. He offers helpful strategies to keep me on track and help me reach my goals. -- He is a very bright man and he really cares about me and my well being. I have a lot of respect for the guy.

Dr. Fignar has always been a great source of education. He is kind and compassionate. He listens to you. He will say what shall we do about this instead of you have to do this or that. He has helped me more than any rheumatologist I ever went to.This is probably just people not getting their own way or office politics of other doctors offices. Becky in the office has been there forever and is a sweetheart just like everyone else. Sometimes they are all a bit over worked but that just means it's a good office.

i have to say I was sceptical about going to his office today after I setted up the appointment I took a look at his patient reviews and the reviews that i cross were a total opposite from my experience there the receptionast staff nurse and dr. were all very pleasant and informative and very nice . Dr. fignar listened to my concerns and symptoms gave me the time and patients to explain how I been feeling and gave me a full examination he was very informative about his diagnosis and even tried to work on the proper treatment plan because i tend to get an upset stomache taking certain meds. I will deffinately see him in again if need be. but this time without the feeling of Uncertainty due to his bad reviews all I can say at this point is u cant judge a book by its cover. ( from his bad reviews) i would recomend setting up your appointment and forming your own opinions not others because if I went only by the reviews on this site I would of cancled my appointment and never would of has such a good experience there:) thanks for your help and patient care Dr. fignar and staff:)

One of the worst things this office has done was let a GREAT medical assistant go. Christine went above and beyond when I needed help with my insurance for my much needed medication, she was always smiling and very courteous. There are a select few in that office that should left before he let her go!

What do I love about this office? They almost always give me a same day appt if I call in the morning. Dr. Fignar and Nicole the PA are great. And there is usually not a huge wait.

Office Staff Becky Horrible Attitude with Patiences, Rude behind Dr Back intentionally submits claims to billing, after payments already been received

I've been a patient of Dr. Fignar's since he opened so many many years ago. He has gotten too big for his britches.! It's almost impossible to get an appt to see him....you are at the mercy of the PA's! One is extremely immature and rude. I was actually snickered at for asking questions regarding my high blood pressure. Dr. Fignar's response was 'if you want to get better, join my Weight Loss Clinic" and would not do the tests I felt I should have. THEN...as if that was not enough...I get a bill in the mail for 98.80 to transfer my medical records to my new Primary Care!!!! This is the kind of care you get for being loyal for too long to the WRONG doctor!!! Thankfully...I have found a GREAT PCP that doesn't laugh at my concerns and actually listens.

I have been a patient for about 3 years and have never had a good experience. I always want to think it will get better- but the Dr. talks to me like I dont know anything- and dismisses any concerns or thing I have to say, and is plain and simply not nice to speak with. You can not refill a prescp. without calling 3-4 times and the receptionist and staff is unpleasant and always rude. I will not be going to that office anymore.
