I've been under the care of Dr. Gonzalez for over 16 year. He is very gentle, and always listen. He is a very professional and wonderful Doctor!! The staff is amazing!! I highly recommend Doctor Gonzalez.

Dr. Gonzalez was a great doctor but left the state without notifying any patients, now we are scrambling to find a new primary because all of our Rx are expiring. That is no way to treat your patients!!

I started seeing Dr. Gonzalez in early 2007 for my 1st pregnancy and he was more that great! I induced my pregnancy to make sure I had him with me the day I gave labor. I didn't want anyone else except him. Now, I have returned to him for my 2nd although I live 20 miles away! I don't mind the drive, because he is very worth it! I would recommend him to anyone. He has really been kind, thoughtful, courteous and helpful. Waiting time during the visits depends on the day, but you will most likely wait an hour. But that just shows you how wonderful he is.

Loooong wait but great doc

I have had a problem for months now. I have blood in my stool and this office is not able to give me a referral for almost 2 months now. I called various times after my appointment to obtain a referral to a gastroenterologist and the staff at the office said 2 weeks prior to my gastro appointment that they had "more than enough time". I called again because I knew that when I started my new job that it would be difficult to find the time to pick up the referral and they promised me a call back. I called a few days before my appointment and they told me they would have the referral sent directly to the gastroenterologist. I had to reschedule the appointment because they still did not send the referral so I rescheduled for 2 weeks after. In the meantime I was still having a lot of blood in my stool. Finally, a month after my appointment with Dr. Gonzalez I STILL did not have a referral for the gastro! I called their offices days before the rescheduled appointment and they informed me that somehow, someone had put my file away. I called the day before my rescheduled appointment and his staff and the girl who does referrals "Joy" assured me they would fax my referral. When I arrived at the appointment, missing work and driving all the way out to the gastro, I find that they never sent it. I called them and they said they weren't able to produce a referral AFTER A MONTH! I learned that they did not even start to try to get a referral until a day before the rescheduled meeting. They failed to call me to notify me they could not produce the referral. Now it's been nearly 2 months and I have not heard from their offices. THEY ARE COMPLETELY NEGLIGENT!
